摘 要
BIM代表“建筑信息建模”,意思是“建筑信息模型”,最初由Autodest公司提出。 BIM是一种基于三维数字技术的工程数据模型,它集成了建筑工程项目的各种相关信息。它可以在设计和施工中提供协调的,内部一致的和可操作的信息。随着BIM技术的不断成熟,BIM已被广泛应用于许多项目中。BIM技术在整个建筑生命周期的应用已经在慢慢的扩大,传统的机电都是平面设计操作,而且管道错杂繁多,给设计人员带来巨大的困扰,通常在如何避免碰撞,如何发现碰撞等问题上纠结烦恼,但是由于BIM技术的发展以上问题可以说是迎刃而解,而且大大的节约建筑成本,因此探讨BIM技术在机电方面的设计具有重要的意义和价值。
本文通过常州武进人民医院的真实工程实例着重介绍了BIM技术在机电方面的应用,将传统的机电建模设计与使用BIM技术以后的机电建模在设计阶段的难易复杂程度,施工阶段,运维阶段进行详细的阐述与对比。探讨BIM协同设计的方法和过程,以及将BIM技术应用于协同设计的可行性,从而选择优化设计。首先,我在这个设计中使用的软件的Revit,Navisworks中。首先,我需要给你介绍这两个软件。Revit支持建设项目所需要的模型,设计图纸和工期,并能记录材料,施工阶段的成本和模型中的其他工程信息的数量。 Navisworks中可以执行数据集成,通信显示,碰撞检测,施工模拟,和成本控制。通过revit软件,进行建立工程实例的三维信息模型,然后利用BIM将传统的机电与使用revit 建好的三维机电模型进行对比分析最后给出优化方案。

Application of BIM Technology in Mechanical and Electrical Design Optimization of Wujin people's Hospital in Changzhou City
Abstract
BIM stands for "Building Information Modeling", meaning "Building Information Model", originally proposed by Autodest. BIM is a kind of engineering data model based on three-dimensional digital technology, which integrates all kinds of related information of construction project. It provides coordinated, internally consistent and operational information in design and construction. With the continuous maturity of BIM technology, BIM technology has been widely used in many projects. The application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of architecture has been gradually expanding, the traditional mechanical and electrical operations are graphic design, and there are a lot of pipes. Bring a huge amount of money to the designer The trouble, usually in how to avoid collisions, how to find collisions and other problems, but because of the development of BIM technology can be said to solve the above problems, and greatly reduce the cost of construction, Therefore, it is of great significance and value to discuss the design of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical aspects.
This paper mainly introduces the application of BIM technology in mechanical and electrical field through the actual engineering example of Changzhou Wujin people's Hospital. The traditional electromechanical modeling design and the mechanical and electrical modeling after using BIM technology are difficult and easy to be complicated in the design stage, and the construction stage. The stage of operation and maintenance is described and compared in detail. This paper discusses the method and process of BIM collaborative design, and the feasibility of applying BIM technology to collaborative design, so as to select the optimal design. First, I used the software in this design in the Revit,Navisworks. First of all, I need to introduce you to these two software. Revit supports building Set up the model, design drawing and time limit required for the project, and can record the material, construction phase cost and the quantity of other engineering information in the model. Navisworks can perform data integration, communication display, collision detection, construction rehearsal, and cost control. Through the revit software, the three-dimensional information model of the engineering example is established. Then the traditional electromechanical model and the three-dimensional electromechanical model constructed by revit are compared and analyzed by BIM. Finally, the optimization scheme is given.

1.1 BIM的概述
1.1.1 BIM的兴起与提出
在网络技术和CAD普及之前,传统的的工程设计都是采用图板的传统手工绘方式做手工绘图工作。手工绘图时的工作量较大,并且难以修改和更改图纸。使用过的图纸已被勾画的不成摸样,难以再次使用,而且发生错误以后更是难以修改,到后来CAD的到来才使得这一问题得到了解决,使得工作量大大的减少,效率大大的提升。
1975年,BIM之父“Crosse”的佐治亚理工大学在研究课题-数据库技术中提出了“基于建筑描述的计算机程序”,建立了建筑描述系统,以促进建筑工程的可视化和定量分析。从那时起,BIM的概念已经产生了一系列计算机图形学,构建了三维实体建模方法,同时这些方法结合了材料,参数共享等基本的BIM系统功能,为BIM的发展奠定了基础。
