摘 要
本课题是本课题是 G19河南省焦作万方铝业股份有限公司2#办公楼结构设计 ,本工程为五层框架结构房屋,行政楼的建筑总高度为 19.3 米,共有五层,底层层高3.9米,其它层层高均为3.6米,总建筑面积约为5000平方米。本建筑采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,基础采用桩基础,抗震设防烈度为 7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.15,场地类别为 II类,设计地震分组为第一组,框架抗震等级为四级。
本设计主要进行框架设计,按照适用、安全、经济的原则,严格按照相关专业规范和有关国家最新规范的要求及相关资料设计计算。内容包括结构计算、施工图绘制两部分。其中结构计算包括电算、手算及两种算法结果的对比分析。
电算内容包括:先用运用PKPM软件进行建模,再输入荷载,然后用 SATWE 进行框架空间结构内力的计算和配筋的计算,最后输出标准层楼面梁配筋图、屋面梁配筋图、标准层楼板配筋图、屋面板配筋图、框架柱配筋图等施工图。
手算内容包括:结构构件尺寸确定,结构平面布置,计算纵向框架在竖向荷载作用下的内力,计算横向框架在竖向荷载和水平地震作用下的内力,进行框架梁柱的内力组合,构件截面设计,楼梯设计和基础设计。画出楼梯结构图、基础平面布置图及基础详图。
最后再进行手算和电算两种结果的对比分析。绘制的施工图共八张,包括:楼面梁平面整体配筋图,屋面梁整体配筋图,楼面板整体配筋图,屋面板整体配筋图,基础布置图,基础施工详图,楼梯结构施工图,柱平法施工图。

The structural calculation includes computer calculation, manual calculation and comparative analysis of the results of the two algorithms.
The contents of the computer include: first, the PKPM software is used to model, then the load is input, and then the internal force and reinforcement of the frame spatial structure are calculated by SATWE. Finally, the construction drawings such as standard floor beam reinforcement drawing, roof beam reinforcement drawing, standard floor reinforcement drawing, roof panel reinforcement drawing, frame column reinforcement drawing and so on are output.
The manual calculation includes: determining the size of the structural member, arranging the structure plane, calculating the internal force of the longitudinal frame under the vertical load, calculating the internal force of the transverse frame under the vertical load and the horizontal earthquake, and carrying out the internal force combination of the frame Liang Zhu, Component section design, staircase design and foundation design. Draw stair structure drawing, foundation plane layout drawing and foundation detail drawing.
Finally, the comparison and analysis of the two results of manual calculation and computer calculation are carried out.
