摘 要

本课题旨在完成隆成壹品住宅小区三期5#楼及地下室给排水施工图预算文件编制，这个项目来源于生产实习的单位，建筑类别为小高层，产权类别为商品住宅房，建设单位是隆成地产集团有限公司。该项目位于大连市瓦房店市南共济街二段附近。本次施工图预算按照提供的图纸、资料要求进行，结合实际情况和相应题目要求内容、资料作为设计依据。施工图预算文件编制采用的是定额计价模式，2014江苏省安装工程计价定额规范，将给排水工程项目进行列项并计算出各工程的定额量，完成工程量计算书。然后套用定额，取费，完成分部分项工程量清单计价表、综合单价分析表、主材汇总表、其他项目清单计价表、单位工程费用汇总表工程预算表、措施项目费计算表、规费税金项目计价表和分部分项工程量计算书。最后将这些表格整合编制完成一份完整的施工图预算文件。

Budget For Water Supply and Drainage Construction Drawings of Building No.5 in the third phase of Longchengyipin Residential District

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to complete the preparation of budget documents for water supply and drainage construction drawings of the third phase 5 # building and basement in LongChengYiPin residential district. The project comes from the production practice unit, and the building category is small high-level. The property right category is commercial residential house.The construction unit is Longcheng Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. The budget of the construction drawings is carried out according to the drawings and materials provided, and the design basis is based on the actual situation and the contents of the corresponding questions. The budget document of construction drawing adopts the quota pricing mode, and the norm of valuation of installation project in Jiangsu Province in 2014. The items of water supply and drainage project are listed and the fixed amount of each project is calculated, and the calculation book of engineering quantity is completed. Then apply the quota, collect the fees, complete the sub-item quantity list pricing table, the comprehensive unit price analysis table, the main material summary table, the other items list price table, the unit engineering cost summary table engineering budget table, the measure project cost calculation table, the unit project cost summary table, the measure project cost calculation table, the unit project cost summary table, the measure project cost calculation table, Tariff item pricing table and part of the project quantity calculation. Finally, these tables will be integrated to complete a complete construction drawing budget document.
