摘 要

随着我国经济的迅速发展和人民生活质量的提高，人们在购房时，除了关注楼层，面积，平面构图等因素外，还将居住设备列入更为重要的关注环节。供水系统是房屋设备的重要组成部分，其系统设计是否合理将对房屋的装饰，日常使用和保护产生重要影响。要考察住宅区是否具有可靠的供水、水压、供水的安全和排水系统等。与此同时，房屋住宅区发生火灾的可能性很大，火势迅速蔓延，人员的逃生和救助较为困难。因此，应该构建能够满足各种消防需求的安全可靠的室内消防供水系统。

给排水工程招标控制价文件编制毕业设计是对工程造价专业的学生，在运用基本理论，基本知识和基本技能，分析解决过程的检验在实际实践中中提高专业素质。也是对这些专业理论学习和实践教学的检验与深化学习。毕业设计使学生充分利用专业知识，理论和实践，完成设计任务规定的任务，独立开展工作，增强实践能力。

本工程为隆成壹品住宅小区三期1#~10#楼及地下室的给排水设计，本工程为5~11层住宅，4#、10#楼一层为公建，地下车库属三类。住宅属多层和二类高层住宅楼。设计内容包括建筑物内的生活给水、排水系统、消火栓系统、自动喷洒系统及建筑灭火器配置。主要计算5#楼的相关给排水系统以及消防系统。设计依据为：国家现行的标准《建筑给水排水设计规范》GB50015-2003、《建筑给水排水及采暖工程施工质量验收规范》GB50242-2002执行、《建筑设计防火规范》GB50016-2006、《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》GB50045-95lt;2005年版gt;、《建筑灭火器配置设计规范》GB50140-2005、《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》GB50084-2001、相关的设计、施工、验收规范规程及技术措施等

本文主要包括内容三个部分毕业设计综述、招标控制价文件的编制以及科技小论文部分。

Abstract

With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life, when people buy houses, they pay more attention to the residential equipment in addition to the floor, area, plane layout and other factors. Water supply and drainage system as an important part of residential equipment, whether its system design is reasonable, will have an important impact on the future housing decoration, daily use and maintenance. For residential areas, it has high requirements on water supply, water pressure, water supply safety and drainage reliability. At the same time, the possibility of residential fire is large, fire spread quickly, personnel evacuation and rescue difficulties. Therefore, must set up the safe and reliable indoor fire water supply system, satisfies each kind of fire control request.

The graduation project is to train students to use the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills of this major to analyze and solve practical problems and improve their professional quality. It is the further deepening and testing of the theoretical teaching and practical teaching of this major. The graduation project enables students to make full use of the professional knowledge, theory and practice, complete the tasks specified in the design specification, carry out work independently, and enhance practical ability.

This project is the water supply and drainage design of 1#~10# buildings and basement in the third phase of longcheng yipin residential area. This project is a 5-11 floor residence. The first floor of 4# and 10# buildings is a public building. Residential is a multi - storey and two - storey residential buildings. The design includes the domestic water supply, drainage system, hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system and building fire extinguisher configuration. Main calculation 5# building related water supply and drainage system and fire system. Design basis: Current national standard specifications for design of building water supply and drainage GB50015-2003, the building water supply and drainage and heating engineering construction quality acceptance specification "execution, GB50242-2002" code for fire protection design of buildings "GB50016-2006," code for fire protection design of tall buildings "GB50045-95 lt; 2005 gt;," code for design of extinguisher disposition GB50140-2005, the automatic sprinkler system design specification GB50084-2001, the relevant design, construction and acceptance standard procedures and technical measures, etc

This paper mainly includes three parts: the summary of graduation design, the compilation of bidding price control documents, and the small thesis of science and technology.
