R21常州市淹城初级中学图书馆结构设计(二)

摘 要

本课题是 R21常州市淹城初级中学图书馆结构设计, 本工程为5层框架结构房屋,总建筑面积约为 6072平方米, 本建筑主体结构5层,总长为55.2m,总宽为22.0m,底层层高4.2m,二至五层层高为3.9m,不上人屋面,室内外高差0.3m。该建筑结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构,横向三跨,纵向七跨。本建筑设计使用年限为50年,结构安全等级为一级,抗震设防类别为乙类,地基基础设计等级为乙级,建筑耐火等级二级。查找规范可以得到,建筑抗震设防烈度7级,设计基本加速度0.1g,地震分组第一组,场地类别Ⅲ类,特征周期Tg=0.45s;地面粗糙类别B类,基本风压0.40kN/m2;基本雪压0.35kN/m2

设计主要包括括两部分,该建筑上部结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,下部采用柱下独立基础。

“R21常州市淹城初级中学图书馆结构设计”的设计内容包括:结构计算和施工图绘制。结构计算先电算再手算,最后把手算与电算做比较。

手算内容:材料的选取,结构布置及确定梁、柱截面尺寸;取一榀框架(6号轴)进行竖向荷载(恒载、活载、重力荷载)计算及内力分析(运用弯矩二次分配法),水平荷载(风载、地震作用)计算及内力分析(分别运用底部剪力法、D值法);考虑五种内力组合,选取最不利的组合进行梁、柱配筋计算;柱下独立基础设计;现浇板式楼梯设计。

电算内容:用 PKPM 软件先建模,再进行 SATWE 分析计算,SATWE 结果查看,判断结构布置是否合理并进行调整,最后绘制混凝土结构施工图。

施工图共八张,包括:结构设计总说明,基础平面布置图及基础大样,柱平法施工图,标准层梁平法施工图及标准层板平法施工图,屋面梁平法施工图及屋面板平法施工图,楼梯剖面图及配筋图。

结构设计按照适用、安全、经济的原则,严格按照相关专业规范和有关国家最新规范的要求及相关资料设计计算。

Abstract

This project is the structure design of R21 Changzhou Yancheng Middle School Library. The project is a 5-story frame structure building with a total floor area of about 6072 square meters. The main structure of the building has 5 floors, a total length of 55.2 m and a total width of 22.0 M, the height of the first floor is 4.2 m, the height of the second to fifth floor is 3.9 m, the height difference between indoor and outdoor is 0.3 m. The structural form of the building is reinforced concrete frame structure, three transverse span, seven longitudinal span. The building design service life is 50 years, the structural safety grade is grade 1, the seismic fortification class is class B, the foundation design grade is grade B, the building fire grade 2. According to the code, the seismic fortification intensity of the building is 7, the basic design acceleration is 0.1 g, the first group of seismic grouping, Site Category III, characteristic period tg = 0.45 s, the ground roughness category B, the basic wind pressure is 0.40 Kn/m 2, and the basic snow pressure is 0.35 Kn/m

The design consists of two parts, the upper structure of the building using cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, the lower part of the column under the Independent Foundation.

"structural design of R21 Yancheng Middle School Library in Changzhou" includes: Structural Calculation and construction drawing. The structural calculation is done by computer first and then by hand. Finally, the hand calculation is compared with computer calculation.

Manual calculation content: Material Selection, structural arrangement and determination of Beam and column section size; take a frame (No. 6 axis) for vertical load (dead load, live load, gravity load) calculation and internal force analysis (using moment secondary distribution method) , the horizontal load (wind load, earthquake action) calculation and internal force analysis (using bottom shear force method and d value method respectively) ; considering five kinds of internal force combination, the most disadvantageous combination is selected to calculate the reinforcement of Beam and column; Design of cast-in-place Slab staircase.

 Computer content: first modeling with PKPM software, then Satwe analysis and calculation, Satwe results check, determine whether the structure layout is reasonable and adjust, and finally draw the concrete structure construction drawing.

There are a total of eight construction drawings, including: general description of structural design, foundation layout and foundation samples, column plan construction drawings, standard layer beam plan construction drawings and standard layer plan construction drawings, roof beam plan construction drawings and roof Panel plan construction drawing, staircase section drawing and reinforcement drawing.

The structural design is designed and calculated in accordance with the principles of applicability, safety and economy, and strictly in accordance with the requirements of relevant professional codes and the latest national codes and relevant data.
