摘 要

改革开放以来，我国经济到已坐上了世界前列的火车，人民的日子也是蒸蒸日上，人口的增长，也带动了住房经济。近年来，高楼小区如雨后春笋，遍地开花，但近年来加上大地震等自然灾害，也暴露出许多问题，反映出建筑主体结构工程的质量直接影响到人们的财产安全。施工工期、成本、质量是施工组织设计直接相关的三个关键要素，在施工组织设计中，要尽可能避免施工过程中出现问题的可能性，取得较高的管理和组织效果。施工组织设计是一种为了引导在施工计划实行中的每一单位所用到的技术和资金，与工程组织相呼应的综合性文件，它能够确保有序、高效、科学合理地进行施工活动，是施工项目管理和施工技术融合并加以利用的产物。工程的大概情况，施工组织的结构设置，计划工期进度，施工的主要方案，怎样妥善布置施工现场，以及工程质量得到保障的措施，是本设计方案主要研究考虑的几个方面。如何对工程进行起到指导和控制，在组建施工组织设计每单位上，必须满足的基本原则，在明文规定的范围中，从个点出发，研究并实现施工效益和经济效益，这两个为目标，从而让工程项目在技术经济上得到满意的增长。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, my country"s economy has been in a leading position in the world, and people"s lives have become increasingly prosperous. Population growth has also promoted the housing economy. In recent years, high-rise communities have sprung up like mushrooms, but in recent years, coupled with natural disasters such as major earthquakes, many problems have been exposed, reflecting that the quality of the main structure of the building directly affects people"s property. Safety. Construction period, cost and quality are the three key elements directly related to the design of construction organization. When designing the construction organization, the possibility of problems during the construction process should be avoided as much as possible to achieve higher management and organization effects. The construction organization design is a comprehensive document corresponding to the engineering organization. The purpose is to guide each unit in the technology and funds used in the implementation of the construction plan. It can ensure the orderly, efficient, scientific and reasonable construction activities. The comprehensive utilization of products is combined with construction project management and construction technology. Project overview, construction organization structure, planned construction schedule, main construction plan, how to arrange the construction site correctly, and measures to ensure project quality are the main research focus of this design. plan.
