摘 要

随着我国房地产行业的不断发展，新的房地产方面的政策也不断出台，它的发展为我国社会主义市场经济大发展做出巨大贡献，对国计民生具有重要意义，成为新的经济增长点，是我国支柱产业之一。房地产行业的投资是人们对固定投资的首选，房地产行业日趋增长的趋势和银行的房贷按揭政策促进了房地产行业的销售量，成为国民经济持续健康发展的重要组成部分。本文主要采用了调查分析与对比分析相结合的理论分析方法，通过日常生活中的积累与公正客观的调查，为该房地产可行性研究报告提供准确可靠的数据支持。论文主要阐述了我国房地产事业发展的背景，市场环境，未来趋势，该小区的优势与建设项目的一系列财务分析，研究的意义等。明确目的、内容和方法，阐述目前我国内房地产市场的现状以及南京市房地产市场的现状。本文通过对南京市NO.新区2019G18房地产建设项目的研究与发现，进行了一系列全面的科学的系统的评价分析，以客观公正的态度得出该项目合理的财务分析。
