摘 要

本次毕业设计的工程为郑州大学水利学院综合行政办公楼，工程结构为框架结构，本工程共有6层楼，需熟悉图纸，做好准备工作。第一步应得到本工程的工程量。需严格按照图纸要求以及建设说明、结构说明中的内容，通过在广联达BIM土建算量软件和广联达BIM钢筋算量软件中建模完成对整个工程的工程量计算汇总，建模中通过完成各个构件的定义和绘图得到工程量的汇总，并导出相应平面图、立面图、剖面图。在广联达软件中按照江苏省规定的清单定额的进行做法的套取，列出工程量清单和定额。在得到准确的工程量后，在广联达计价软件中，对工程量清单进行组价，并按市场价进行调整，导出保表完成招标控制价文件的编制。文件编制中需要完成各个报表价格的汇总，通过查询市场价，结合工程的实际情况，编制合理的价格。同时完成本工程中一层的全部手算量，将手算工程量与土建、钢筋软件算量进行对比分析，分析问题，找出误差原因。通过编制招标控制文价，熟悉和了解整个工程流程，将这一过程中出现的问题和如何改善的方法总结记录，带入自己的思考编写论文，建立论文的论点，找到合理支撑论点的论据，对招标控制价编制这一过程提出自己的看法和意见，完成科技小论文的编写。

Preparation of Bidding Control Price Document of Zhengzhou University Office Building based on BIM

Abstract

This graduation project is a comprehensive administrative office building of the Zhengzhou University. The structure of the project is a frame structure. The project has 6 floors. You should be familiar with the drawings and make preparations. The first step should be to get the amount of the project. In accordance with the drawing requirements and the contents of the construction description and the structure description, the total amount of the whole project should be calculated and summarized through the modeling of the calculation software for the civil construction and the steel bar calculation of Guanglianda Bim In modeling, through the definition and drawing of each component, the engineering quantity is summarized, and the corresponding plan, elevation and section drawings are derived. In the Guanglianda software in accordance with the provisions of the list of Jiangsu Province to carry out the practices of the list, list the bill of quantities and the quota. After the accurate quantity is obtained, in the Guanglianda valuation software, the bill of quantities is organized and adjusted according to the market price, and the guarantee list is derived to complete the compilation of bidding control price document. Document preparation needs to complete the summary of each statement price, through the query market price, combined with the actual situation of the project, the preparation of a reasonable price. At the same time, all the manual calculation of the first floor of the project is completed. The manual calculation is compared with the calculation of the software of civil engineering and reinforcing steel bar. Through the preparation of bidding control document price, familiar with and understand the entire process of the project, will this process of problems and how to improve the method of summary records, into their own thinking to prepare the paper, set up the thesis, find reasonable arguments to support the argument, the bidding control price of the preparation of this process put forward their views and opinions to complete the preparation of scientific and technological papers.

第一部分

毕业设计综述

第一章 工程概况

1 基础结构

本工程名称：郑州大学水利学院综合行政办公楼，建设地点：郑州大学新校区校园内。基础形式为独立基础。基础设计等级为丙级。

2 主体结构

本工程建筑结构形式为框架结构，总建筑面积为4465.80㎡。建筑层数为6层，建筑高度为22.65 m，室内外高差450mm。一层层高3600mm，二层至六层层高均为3600mm。本工程设计使用年限为70年，抗震设防烈度为7度，抗震重要性类别为丙类，耐火等级为二级，建筑等级为三级。

本工程设计标高中，各层标注标高为建筑面标高，屋面标高为结构面标高。标高以m为单位，其他尺寸以mm为单位，卫生间地面标高低于同楼层结构标高20mm，室外台阶施工完毕后标高均低于同层室内标高10mm，并做1:20缓坡。墙体工程中，内外墙均采用200×250×600加气混凝土砌块，砌筑墙留洞待管道设施安装完毕后，用c15细石混凝土填实。屋面工程中，本工程屋面为不上人屋面，防水等级为Ⅱ级，防水层合理使用年限为15年。门窗工程中，本工程有三种不同类型的门，六种不同尺寸的窗。外门窗框均为80系列塑钢窗框。塑钢及玻璃性能指标均需达到国家标准，外门和外窗框靠墙体部位的缝隙采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温材料填堵。工程中所有雨水管均采用pvc管，且排水方式均为有组织排水。本工程建筑防水中，所有穿楼、地面管道，均在管道安装完毕后用1:3水泥砂浆填实，再用防水油膏嵌缝，最后用相同楼、地面的材料做面层。卫生间楼板除门洞外均做120mm混凝土翻沿，沿墙根部设180高混凝土止水带厚度同墙厚，混凝土等级为c20。地面做法中，卫生间室内在半径1m范围内做1％坡，坡向地漏。

3 装饰工程

本工程装饰工程分为，外装修工程和内装修工程。地面分为三种，卫生间地面采用陶瓷地砖防水地面；楼梯间为陶瓷地砖地面；除楼梯卫生间以外的房间采用水泥砂浆地面。楼面分为两种，卫生间楼面采用陶瓷地砖防水楼面；除卫生间以外房间均采用陶瓷地砖楼面。内墙装修分为三种，卫生间墙面采用釉面砖墙面；楼梯间、走廊墙面为面砖墙面；其余内墙面均为混合砂浆墙面。外墙装修分为两种，面砖墙面和涂料墙面。顶棚装修为两种，卫生间顶棚为水泥砂浆顶棚；其余顶棚为混合砂浆顶棚。踢脚均为面砖踢脚。散水采用水泥砂浆散水。

第二章 毕业设计过程描述

1任务介绍

1.1建模阶段

根据毕业设计要求，本次任务是完成基于BIM的土建工程模型以及完成基于BIM的钢筋工程模型。在BIM土建算量软件中，应严格按照建筑、结构施工图纸，在软件中建立相应的模型。本次工程为6层楼高的综合行政办公楼，需要在软件中正确建立楼层信息。结构形式为框架结构，基础为独立基础。装修工程分为外装修和内装修，在软件建模中应根据图纸完成各个构件的建立，并绘制。土建工程建模完成后，需要汇总计算，查看报表，导出清单定额汇总表、工程综合指标表。土建建模完成后，导出土建模型图片，包括本工程的平面图、立面图、三维图、剖面图。导出模型，并提交土建模型文件。
