4x30m装配式预应力混凝土连续T梁桥设计

摘 要

装配式预应力混凝土连续T梁桥,是目前常规预制桥梁的一种,施工工艺成熟,便于工厂化施工,预制、运输,主要应用于高速公路及干线公路。本设计为装配式预应力混凝土连续T梁桥设计,桥跨布置为4×30m,桥梁分两幅布置,单幅桥宽为12.5m。桥梁设计荷载为公路-Ⅰ级,结构设计安全等级为一级,环境条件为Ⅱ类。本毕业设计主要对上部结构进行设计,设计内容主要包括结构静力计算与施工图绘制。结构计算:确定主梁尺寸,施工方法采用简支变连续预应力T梁施工。运用桥梁博士V4.0进行建模,施工分析与运营分析。对主梁进行计算与强度验算。验算内容主要为正截面抗弯验算、斜截面抗剪验算,应力验算,抗裂验算与主梁挠度验算。验算合格后,即可确定主梁。

施工图绘制:施工图总共6份图,包括:桥梁标准横断面图、施工流程示意图、T形梁一般构造图,T形梁正弯矩钢束布置图,T形梁负弯矩钢束布置图,T形梁梁肋钢筋构造图。

结构设计按照适用、安全、经济的原则,严格按照相关专业规范和有关国家最新规范的要求及相关资料设计计算。

Abstract

The prefabricated prestressed concrete continuous T-beam bridge is one of the conventional prefabricated bridges. The construction technology is mature, easy to construct, prefabricated and transported, and is mainly applied to highways and trunk roads. The design is a prestressed concrete continuous T-beam bridge with a bridge span of 4×30m. The bridge is divided into two sections, and the single bridge width is 12.5m. The bridge design load is highway-I grade, the structural design safety level is one level, and the environmental condition is class II.

The graduation design mainly designs the superstructure, and the design content mainly includes structural static calculation and construction drawing.

Structural calculation: Determine the size of the main beam, and the construction method adopts simple-supported continuous prestressed T-beam construction. Modeling, construction analysis and operational analysis using Dr. Bridge V4.0. Calculation and strength check of the main beam. The main contents of the verification are the positive section bending proof calculation, the oblique section shear check calculation, the stress check calculation, the crack proof check and the main beam deflection check. After the inspection is passed, the main beam can be determined.

Construction drawing: A total of 6 drawings of the construction drawing, including: bridge standard cross-section drawing, construction flow diagram, T-beam general structural drawing, T-shaped beam positive bending moment steel beam layout drawing, T-shaped beam negative bending moment steel beam layout drawing, T-beam rib reinforcement structure diagram.

The structural design is designed and calculated in strict accordance with the relevant professional norms and the latest national standards and relevant materials in accordance with the principles of application, safety and economy.
