摘 要
本毕业设计题目是“N15泰州汽车站办公楼结构设计”。泰州汽车站位于江苏省泰州市境内,为地上5层混凝土结构,无地下室。建筑±0.000标高相当于黄海高程12.780米,室内外高差为0.45m。一层层高为3.9m,二~五层层高均为3.3m,建筑总高为17.100m。结构形式采用钢筋混凝土框架结构。基础采用桩基础,抗震设防烈度为度,设计基本地震加速度值为,场地土类别为Ⅲ类,地面粗糙程度为B类,设计地震分组为第一组。 基本风压值为0.4,基本雪压值为0.35
本设计主要是进行框架结构设计,内容包括结构方案和初选截面尺寸;楼板结构设计;荷载计算;用PKPM 结构设计软件计算框架结构内力;用近似方法计算(手算)框架结构在水平荷载和竖向荷载作用下的结构内力并与PKPM 结构设计软件的计算结果进行比较;框架结构构件截面设计和构造要求;基础设计;楼梯结构设计;结构施工图的绘制。
手算内容包括:
A.结构布置和初选构件截面尺寸
(a)根据建筑平面图进行结构的平面布置和竖向布置。
(b)选择材料强度等级;根据结构设计的基本规定,结合有关经验初选梁、柱等构件的截面尺寸和楼板的厚度。
(c)应用结构设计软件校核所布置的结构是否合理,必要时可对结构布置和构件尺寸进行调整和修改。
B.荷载计算 计算横向框架在竖向荷载作用下的内力,计算横向框架在风荷载作用下的内力,计算横向框架在水平地震作用下的内力和位移
C.框架结构内力分析和配筋 进行框架梁柱内力组合、结构构件截面设计
D.梯设计和基础设计
E.画出楼梯结构图、基础平面布置图及基础详图
最后再进行手算和电算两种结果的对比分析。施工图共七张,包括:结构施工设计总说明,基础平面布置图及基础施工详图,柱平法施工图,标准层楼面板平面整体配筋图及楼面梁平面整体配筋图,顶层屋面板平面整体配筋图及屋面梁平面整体配筋图,结构平面布置图,楼梯结构施工图。

Abstract
The graduation project is “The Structural Design N15 of office building of bus station in Taizhou”. Taizhou bus station is located in Jiangsu city of Taizhou Province, 5 for the ground floor concrete structure, no basement. The building elevation of 0 is equivalent to the the Yellow Sea elevation 12.780 meters, the height difference of indoor and outdoor 0.45m. A high level of 3.9m, two to five layers of high are 3.3m, the total
height of the building is 17.100m. The building is cast reinforced concrete frame system. The foundation uses the pile foundation.The seismic intensity is 7 degrees, the basic design earthquake acceleration is 0.10g, site
soil category is group Ⅲand design earthquake is group I .the roughness of ground for the B class,The basic wind pressure value is 0.4, basic snow pressure value is 0.35.
This design is mainly for the design of frame structure, contents include the structure scheme and primary cross-section size; floor structural design; load calculation; calculation of internal force of frame structure using PKPM structure design software. By using the approximate method calculation (hand) frame structure under horizontal load and vertical load of structure internal force and and structural design software PKPM calculation results were compared; frame structure member section design and construction requirements; foundation design; structure design of the stairs; the structure construction drawing .
Hand calculation include:
A.The primary structure arrangement and component section size
(a).The plane layout and vertical layout structure according to the plan of building.
(b).Selection of materials strength; according to the basic provisions of the structural design, combined with the experience of primary beam and column section size and the thickness of the floor slab.
(c).Application structure design software check the structure is reasonable, if necessary, the structure can be arranged and the size of the component to adjust and modify.
B.The internal force of the transverse frame under vertical load is calculated and calculated, and the internal force under the action of wind load is calculated, and the internal force and displacement under horizontal earthquake are calculated.
C.Frame structure internal force analysis and reinforcement of frame beam column internal force combination, structural member section design
D.Staircase design and foundation design

Finally, a comparative analysis of two kinds of results of hand calculation and calculation is carried out.
