摘 要

中锐星尚城3期的施工组织设计的编写主要为了便于更好更快的完成工程，避免出现问题差错。本施工组织设计主要内容有施工部署，关于人工、材料、机械、现场施工布置图以及进度计划。主要项目施工方案，关于测量定位、钢筋工程、模板工程、混凝土工程、脚手架工程、砌筑工程、装饰工程屋面防水工程、门窗工程、给排水工程。以及疑难点混凝土平整度、出现的问题等方面进行论证，寻找良好的解决方法。

严格要求施工员放线测量的数据的准确性，避免出现偏差，现场木工进行模板支护时，严格按照规范要求搭设架手架，模板支护，对模板进行加固，瓦工浇筑混凝土时进行旁站，避免对模板造成破坏，如果模板损坏，及时停止浇筑，应进行模板重新吊模，加固。

因此，本施工组织设计在于严格控制混凝土施工质量，和降雨防渗漏部位的做法控制。

Abstract

The main project construction plan, on the measurement and positioning, reinforcement engineering, template engineering, concrete engineering, scaffolding engineering, masonry works, decoration engineering roof waterproof engineering, doors and windows engineering, water supply and drainage engineering. As well as the problems of concrete smoothness, problems and other aspects of the demonstration, to find a good solution.

Strict requirements for the data of the construction workers to put the line measurement, to avoid deviation, on-site carpentry template support, the erection of scaffolding strictly according to the standard requirement, the template support for template reinforcement, carry out on-site pouring concrete masonry, to avoid damage to the template, if the template is damaged, stop pouring in time, the template should be re formwork, reinforcement.

Therefore, the construction organization design is to strictly control the quality of concrete construction, and the practice of rainfall seepage control.

在目前的施工生产过程中，需要在工程开发之前编写施工组织设计来确定今后的一系列工程进展情况。目的为了更好的为接下来的现场生产管理提供一个良好的环境。

施工组织设计是对施工活动实行科学管理的重要手段，它具有战略部署和战术安排的双重作用。它体现的实现基本建设和设计的要求，提供了个各阶段的施工准备工作内容，协调施工过程中各施工单位，各施工公众，各项资源的相互关系。
