摘 要

别墅的基坑施工以开挖面积大,结构复杂，工程量大等为主要特点，为了保障基坑施工以及将来的主体地下结构的安全，需对基坑及场地进行一系列更为仔细的施工、设计、勘察和监测等工作。本文通过对御景名墅的周边环境、水文地质条件、降排水条件以及其他因素的综合考虑，取该工程的第一部分进行设计。其中由于我在实习期主要参与的是基础工程的建设，所以本设计着重对基础部分进行设计。此外，我还对对施工平面布置图进行合理的回制，并详细描述它的编制原则和内容。然后通过对劳动力、机械、材料的合理安排，并考虑支护工程，降排水等工程，之间的衔接，编写了该项目基础工程施工组织设计。此外我还详细的记录了该工程的施工方案和保障措施，并对其中一些专项的部分进行记录（包括梁，板，柱，扣件）。最后对本项目涉及的模板及脚手架进行方案设计。

Abstract
