摘 要

本次毕业设计是我们学习实践，迈入工作岗位的最后一个环节，是项目的实操阶段，锻炼学生各方面能力，包括专业能力，沟通能力，是检验我们个人能力的重要阶段。本次设计主要任务为编写某员工宿舍楼土建工程的招标预算书。本次工程是某个员工宿舍楼。根据图纸说明建筑采用了框架结构，总建筑面积为5387平方米，一共6层，设计使用年限为50年。为完成本次毕业设计，我结合了在校所学知识与实习期间的实操训练，并独立完成图纸资料等文件搜集。在本次毕业设计中，我通过手工计算算出该工程的主要承重构件的工程量，最后并运用广联达软件对其进行了定额计价。通过本次毕业设计，我进一步熟练手工计算工程量的计算方法。其次，建设工程量清单和定额计价是整个过程中极为重要的部分，应由具有专业编制能力招标人和具有相应资质的工程造价咨询人严格按照统一的规范进行编制。这次的毕业设计让我对造价预算有了进一步的认识，也为我今后的工作打下了基础。

Abstract: This graduation project is the last step for us to study and practice and enter the work position. It is the practical stage of the project. It is an important stage for us to test our personal ability to exercise students"abilities in all aspects, including professional ability and communication ability. The main task of this design is to prepare a tender budget for civil engineering of a staff dormitory building. This project is an employee dormitory building. According to the drawings, the building adopts frame structure, with a total floor area of 5387 square meters and a total of 6 floors. The design service life is 50 years. In order to complete the graduation project, I combined the knowledge I learned in school with the practical training during my internship, and independently completed the collection of drawings and other documents. In this graduation project, I calculate the quantity of the main components of the project by hand, and finally use the software of Guanglianda to carry out the quota valuation. Through this graduation project, I am further proficient in manual calculation method of Engineering quantity. Secondly, the bill of quantities and the quota valuation of construction projects are very important parts of the whole process, which should be compiled strictly according to the unified norms by bidders with professional preparation ability and engineering cost consultants with corresponding qualifications. This graduation project gave me a further understanding of the cost budget, and laid the foundation for my future work.

1 工程造价相关知识

1.1 工程造价概念

工程造价是指一个工程项目需要的所有费用加在一起的总和，一个工程分为很多个部分，包括但不限于建设工程造价，安装工程造价、单项工程等。一般我们会将一个工程分为多个部分：土方、砌筑、混凝土、门窗、屋面等，每部分都是一个工程不可或缺的，当然每部分中还有很多细节的地方需要我们注意，比如钢筋工程量计算的各种规则。

1.2 工程造价前言

随着社会不断进步，社会生产力的提高，工程造价行业也在不断变化。比起从前，现在有很多种因素都会影响到一个工程的造价费用的计算。国家和企业自身会因为一些不正确的方法造成一些不必要的损失，所以如何正确控制工程造价是最重要的。

本人为了更进一步的了解行业内的变化，加强自身的实操能力，利用空闲时间到造价咨询单位实习。通过亲身实践，本人了解到企业可以通过价值工程、设计方案招标、多方案必选等各种方法可以达到对工程造价实现全过程控制的目标。
