师范生技能训练的现状调查研究——以淮阴师范学院为例

摘 要
本文通过自编师范生技能训练状况的问卷,调查淮阴师范学院师范生技能训练的情况。我选取了五位不同专业的指导师范生技能训练的老师进行访谈,并从师范生对相关技能知识的了解程度、技能训练的开展、理论与实践、师范生的薄弱环节、教师的指导情况和学生的训练满意度这六个维度对五个不同专业的师范生进行了问卷调查。调查发现:学校对师范生的技能训练认识不足,实践环节薄弱;缺少有效的反馈与评价体系;有些师范生对技能的自主训练还不够。对此,我提出了一些建议。关键词:师范生,技能训练,调查,思考
Abstract: In this paper, I investigate skills training for students of Huaiyin Normal University teachers with the questionnaire of the skills of students in normal training status, I interview the skills of the five different professional guidance teachers training teacher. From six dimensions of the five different professional college students normal students on skill knowledge, I conducted a questionnaire survey, which is skills development, theory and practice, students" weak link, the guidance of teachers and students" satisfaction .The survey shows: lack of school students" skill training, practice is weak; the lack of feedback and effective evaluation system; less self training of some student. At last, I put forward some suggestions.
