淮安市区公立幼儿园环境创设现状的调查研究

摘 要
:幼儿园环境作为学前教育改革的一部分,在内容和形式上都日益丰富。环境创设作为幼儿园建设的重要组成部分,对幼儿有很大的隐性作用,因此教师应倡导和支持儿童与周围环境的良好互动,给幼儿提供一个适合的环境,来促进幼儿的发展。本文运用文献法,访谈法,观察法,从环境创设的认识入手,对幼儿园环境创设做了概念界定。在调查过程中,我发现目前幼儿园环境创设虽然有了一定发展,但是在物质环境创设方面仍然存在强调美观作用,忽视实用价值、内容缺乏整合性,空间利用不充分、创设材料固定化,缺乏创新性等问题。在精神环境创设方面也存在教师占主导,幼儿主体性得不到发挥、未能塑造同伴交往的良好氛围、忽视精神环境创设等问题。幼儿身心发展的特点及幼儿人数的影响、幼儿教师环境创设理念不当和能力不足、幼儿园管理者未树立正确的环境创设理念、幼儿家长不支持幼儿园环境创设是导致环境创设存在问题的原因。为改进幼儿园环境创设的状况,幼儿教师应转变观念提高能力、幼儿园管理者应树立先进的环境创设理念、幼儿家长应大力支持幼儿园环境创设、教育部门应鼓励幼儿园环境创设的发展与创新。

Abstract : As a part of preschool education reform, kindergarten environment is increasingly abundant in content and form. As an important part of kindergarten construstion, environment creation has a great recessive effect on children. Therefore,teachers should advocate and support the good interaction between children and the surrounding environment, and creat a fridendly environment for chindren, so as to effectively promote children’s development.
This text apply to methods of literature , interviews and observation, observing and studying the environment construstion in kindergarten, summarizing the concept definition.In the course of investigation,I found that although the kindergarten environment creation has developed to a certain extent at present,there are still some problems in material environment creation,such as emphasizing aesthetic effect,ignoring practical value,lack of intergration of content,insufficient space utilization,immoblization of creative materials,lack of innovation and so on.There are also some problems in the creation of spiritual environment,such as teachers’dominance,children’s subjectivity can not be brought into play,the good atmosphere of peer interaction can not be created,and the neglect of the creation of spiritual environment. The characteristics of children’s physical and mental development and the influence of the number of children,the inappropriate concept and inadequate ability of kindergarten teachers’environment creation,the failure of lindergarten administrators to establish the correct concept of environment creation,and the parents’disapproval for kindergarten environment creation were the causes of the problems.To improve the situation of kindergarten environment, kindergarten teachers should change their concepts and improve their abilities,kindergarten manages should set up advanced environment creation concepts,parents should strongly support kindergarten environment creation,and education departments should encourage the development and innovation of kindergarten environment creation.
