浅谈当代隔代教育的影响

摘 要

随着市场经济的不断发展,人们不得不生活在高压力快节奏的现代生活下,这引发了不少的社会问题。其中隔代教育问题就是这一形势下的产物,尽管隔代教育下的孩子也很优秀,但整体来说,其教育方式的弊端给孩子带来的负面影响更为突出,因此,如何利用好隔代教育这把双刃剑,既让祖辈余热得到充分发挥,享受天伦融融;又让年轻父母无后顾之忧,家庭事业两得;并共同为我们可爱的孩子创建一个宽松舒适的生活学习环境,已日益成为人们关注的问题。

Abstract: With the continuous development of market economy, people have to live in the modern life of high pressure high tempo, this caused many social problems. The problem is the product of inter generational Education under this situation, although the inter generational education of children is also very good, but on the whole, the negative impact weaknesses in its education mode to give children bring more prominent, therefore, how to make good use of inter generational education is a double-edged sword, both for the ancestry afterheat into full play, enjoy happiness; and let the young parents worry, family business benefit; and for our lovely children to create a relaxed and comfortable living environment, has increasingly become the focus problem

1 隔代教育问题的缘起和现状

1.1 问题的缘起

改革的深入、市场经济大潮的冲击,使得人们不得不生活在快节奏的高压生活环境下,这使得人们生活的秩序发生很大的改变。人的教育本来是一项很系统的教育过程,包括家庭教育、学校教育和社会教育[3]。可这一系统已被这一社会形势所打乱,其中家庭教育首当其冲。从古自今我们都知道,家庭教育就是国民教育最重要的组成部分,是最基础的教育。但在这种形势下,父母不得不把家庭教育的责任交由年迈的父母。即使这种教育方式在一定程度上减轻了年轻父母的负担,也让祖辈在一定程度上享受了天伦融融。但让人不能忽视的是,大部分祖辈老人的家庭教育水平普遍较低,他们可能只能在孩子的衣食问题上面面俱到,而忽视了孩子在精神方面的需求,这就不利于幼儿身心的全面发展。孩子一边缺乏父爱母爱,另一边又受到祖辈的溺爱,这就容易使得孩子在性格上产生扭曲,而且心理自卑,其综合素质的发展也会不平衡,也由此隔代教育的弊端产生的负面效应盖过对其优势的肯定,隔代教育问题也因此常常为人所诟病。

1.2 隔代教育的现状

一项关于“隔代教育”的全国范围调查结果显示:中国近一半的孩子是跟着爷爷、奶奶、外公、外婆长大的。在上海,60%属于隔代教育,广州接受隔代教育的孩子占到总数的一半,而在北京,接受隔代教育的孩子多达70%[3]。又据中国老龄科研中心承担的一个国际合作项目——“老年政策研究”的P22项目调查、在被访的一万多位乡村老年人中,约为59.8%的乡村老年人在承担着照顾孙辈之责[7]。从这两项研究结论我们可以看出,隔代教育是普遍存在的,也是现代社会发展的一种形势所在,所以孩子由祖辈教养也不失为一个很好的方式,它的存在有其积极因素的支持。
