幼儿告状行为及教育对策研究

摘 要

幼儿告状行为是我国幼儿教育中最常见的行为。正确处理幼儿的告状行为有利于发展幼儿的认知、思维,有利于幼儿的社会化,有利于幼儿亲社会行为的形成,从而提高他们的人际交往能力和独自解决问题的能力。论文主要探讨了:幼儿告状行为内涵;幼儿的告状类型、特点和原因;幼儿告状行为的教育对策。

Abstract:Child"s very fact behavior is the most common behavior in preschool education in china. Is conducive to the development of children" s cognition, correctly deal with children" s behavior thinking, is conducive to children" s socialization, conducive to the formation of children" s dear social behavior, so as to improve their interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems alone. This paper mainly discusses the connotation: child"s very fact behavior; children" s types, characteristics and causes of complaint behaviors; educational strategy.

1.1 幼儿告状行为的概念

在幼儿园中,幼儿主要的社会关系是同伴关系和师幼关系。经过本人的观察和阅读多方资料发现,告状行为是师幼互动最频繁的活动之一。幼儿告状行为是我国幼儿教育中的常见现象,是幼儿认知发展的表现,同时也是幼儿社会化的表现之一。幼儿告状行为是指:“幼儿在幼儿园日常生活中为自己受到来自同伴某一方面的侵犯,或者发现同伴的某种行为与幼儿园的集体规则、教师的某项要求不相符合时,向教师发起的一种互动行为,这种行为的突出目的是要阻止同伴的行为。”
