摘 要

随着腾讯文学并购盛大文学成立阅文集团，各自产业链的整合终将带动整个网络原创文学产业链的完善。因此，本文以阅文集团为主要研究内容，通过对相关文献、资料的搜集、阅读、整理和分析进行研究。文章首先简述了网络原创文学的相关界定问题，简述了其发展历程和现状。然后从作者与内容、网络平台、读者三方面说明了阅文集团的的网络原创文学产业链上中下游的情况。指出阅文实现作家作品的整合，实行作家作品平台化、商业化运作。在平台、渠道方面成就在PC与移动阅读市场的霸主地位，通过拓展运营渠道，带动内容销售。在网络原创文学衍生市场，IP衍生市场发展迅速，初步形成全产业链运营；产业发展泛娱乐化，充分发挥优质IP价值；中国原创文学风云榜成为IP价值评估手段；有声阅读市场表现出极大发展潜力。最后，总结并思考了网络原创文学产业链的存在的问题并提出几点建议。

创新点：通过对网络原创文学产业包括网文衍生产品的发展历程与现状的了解，分析了图书产业链以及延伸产业链的构成，探究了其中存在的问题，并对产业发展做出思考。

Abstract

With the acquisition of Tencent literature and Cloudary , China Reading Limited established, which means the integration of their respective industry chain will eventually drive the improvement of the entire network original literature chain. Therefore, this paper takes for example Yuewne group. Studying by collecting, reading, organizing and analysing the relevant literature and data, the article first introduce problems about the definition of network original literature , outlining its development course and the present situation. Then, taking China Reading Limited as an exampleit, it illustrates the original network literature industry chain from the author and the content, network platform, the reader . It is pointed out that China Reading Limited realizes integration of writers and their works, the implementation of the writer and his works with platform and commercial operation.China Reading Limited has a dominant position in the PC and mobile reading market in the platform, the channel aspects. And it drives content sales by expanding the channel of operation. In the network original literature derivative market. IP derivatives market has developed rapidly, the initial formation of the whole industry chain operations; pan-entertainment industry development, give full play to high-value IP; “Chinese original literature Billboard” has become the IP value assessment mean; the audio book market has shown great potential for development.Finally, it summarizes and thinks about the network original literature industry chain of the existing problems and put forward some suggestions.

Innovation: By understanding of the development process and the present situation of the original network literature industry，including the derivative product, it analyzes the book industry chain and extension industry chain, explores the existing problems, and thinks the development of the industry.

1.1　研究背景

　　2015年，国内IP（Intellectual Property，知识产权）产业展现出繁荣态势，《何以笙箫默》、《盗墓笔记》、《花千骨》、《琅琊榜》、《鬼吹灯》、《芈月传》等改编自网络原创小说的影视剧几乎霸占了整年的影视屏幕，IP价值的爆发性增长也点燃了业界和社会对网络原创文学产业的关注热度。

　　在现有的网络原创文学研究中，案例分析主要以盛大文学为主，关注其VIP付费阅读模式和全版权运营理念，对腾讯文学的研究也多关注于其在网络原创文学产业链上游的不足。随着2015年腾讯文学与盛大文学合并成为阅文集团，腾讯文学的渠道优势与盛大文学的内容优势互补，阅文集团表现出了在网络文学产业的影响力，和对网络文学以及网络文学产业链的研究价值。

　　腾讯作为BAT之一，是中国最大的互联网综合服务提供商之一，也是中国服务用户最多的互联网企业之一，旗下有社交和通信服务QQ及微信、QQ空间、QQ游戏、门户网站腾讯网、网络视频服务腾讯视频、QQ音乐和QQ阅读等，在用户、技术、资本上有强大实力，而盛大文学掌握了丰富的原创文学版权，虽有涉及版权衍生产品、阅读终端市场，但IPO计划的失败也说明了其综合实力的不足。因此，腾讯文学与盛大文学的合并展现出了一条在上中下游都具有较为牢固基础的完整的产业链。腾讯文学培养原创明星作家的“星计划”，“全文学”发展战略，并与人民文学出版社、作家出版社等众多知名出版社、发行商签约合作，和阅文集团正版联盟的建立都表现出了其对提高网络文学创作水平，改善网络文学存在的质量问题和版权问题的关注和努力。
