摘 要

在“网络暴力”层出不穷的今天，每个人都成为了“喷子”们对付的目标，在言辞上的稍微不慎，就成为了那些人追随和谴责的点。其中高校校园“网络暴力”现象难于控制，难于连根拔除，成为了威胁性存在。密切关注高校校园“网络暴力”并采取有效措施解决该问题迫在眉睫。

此文章通过对暴力、网络暴力以及高校校园“网络暴力”现象的背景研究和国内外文献的综述，提出问题、分析并总结了网络暴力尤其是高校校园“网络暴力”现象的概念、特点及种类，并提出了各类研究手段和方法。

本文结合高校校园“网络暴力”现象的特点以及行为现状，解释了高校校园“网络暴力”现象难于控制并成为威胁性存在的原因。再者对多个实际案例进行分析，从学生本身、学校老师、学校和政府的角度提出预防高校校园“网络暴力”现象的高效途径和对策。

高校校园“网络暴力”现象是现阶段社会发展必经之路，不可避免。与其逃避现实，不如直面问题、分析问题，提出解决对策，对症下药。及时控制和预防才是关键。在国家的领导之下共同完成高校校园“网络暴力”现象的治理和根除工作是重中之重。此外，作为社会中的一员，每个人应严于律己，同时对他人的行为进行引导，在健康的网络语态下和谐共存。

Abstract

Today,as the phenomenon of"Cyber-bullying"coming thick and fast , everyone becomes a target of "Sprayers" , in the words of a little careless, became those who followed and condemned.

This article pursues a high level of content, through the background of the study of violence, cyber violence and college campus "network violence" phenomenon and domestic and foreign literature review, to analyze and summarize the network violenc-e, especially the campus "network violence" .The concept of the phenomenon,charac-teristics and types, and put forward various research methods .According to the phenomenon of "cyber violence" in colleges and university’s characteristics and the  beha-vior of the campus, to analyze the causes.

Furthermore, through the analysis of a number of practical examples, the charact-eristics of the phenomenon of "cyber violence" in colleges and universities are furthe-r revealed and summarized. According to the characteristics:the prevention and contr-ol of the students themselves, school teachers, schools and government ,The Efficien-t Way and Countermeasure of "Network Violence" in University Campus was been given.

In summary, the campus "network violence" phenomenon is the inevitable situati-on of social development at this stage. It is better to face the problem, analyze the pr-oblem, summarize the characteristics and types, put forward the solution,timely contr-ol and prevention is a big problem. Each of which ,take the responsibility of their own behavior, to guide the behavior of others, harmonious coexistence, under the leadersh-ip of the state to complete this threatening existence of the campus "network violenc-e" phenomenon is only  the most important thing.

1.1 研究背景及意义

当前阶段，我国学者对高校校园“网络暴力”的研究中，对其概念的界定，存在着很大的落差。而作为主导校园“网络暴力”的防治政策、法规出台的教育行政部门和学校，也一直缺乏直面高校校园“网络暴力”这一让现当代学生乃至全社会人民产生危机感的校园问题的勇气，对高校校园“网络暴力”概念采取回避和不作为的方式对待。

互联网不仅对现代社会产生了广泛的积极影响，而且对隐私，安全，色情，言论自由，数字鸿沟，互联网犯罪，虚拟社区和知识产权等各种社会问题也产生了不少影响。像人类发明的几乎所有技术一样，互联网本质上是一个双刃剑，具有积极和消极的社会后果。

高校校园“网络暴力”是什么？怎么发生？为什么发生？通过什么发生？

高校学生只有当熟知这些问题的答案，并提高了自身网络使用素质和加强了网络道德，国家才能及时发现并预防高校学生间校园“网络暴力”的蔓延，对事件进行预控，进而有效阻止高校校园“网络暴力”事件带来的永不可预测的后果，最后达到稳定国家的目标。

在“键盘侠”横飞的现如今社会，人们在网络空间被给予了更大的语言自由，被授予了很强大的语言权利，当然同时他们失去了太多的个人隐私。人们的言论强大而有力，他们用自己特有的“武器”，对付那些自己过意不去的、妨碍了自己的人，而这“武器”便是社会媒体谴责。微信、微博、QQ、Instagram和推特等线上交流软件成为了“网络暴力”的挡箭牌，谣言、诋毁、谩骂总是左右着人们的生活，网络环境已经成为了现代人类监控式的社会空间存在。
