摘 要

社会交互是大规模在线开放课程的核心要素。如何在庞大的教育数据中提取出有价值的信息，进而采取及时的教学干预，以保证大规模在线开放课堂的教学质量，成为当前研究者关注的热点。MOOCs作为教育信息化的典型代表，研究MOOCs课程环境下学习者社会交互网络的构成以及学习者交互特征具有重要意义。

针对MOOCs课堂中学习者交流互动以及学习者持续性学习问题，本文对MOOCs课堂中学习者之间的交互行为进行研究，拟采用社会网络分析方法，从网络密度、中心性以及凝聚子群等方面进行研究，了解大规模课程中学习者交互网络的构成和特征，以及学习者在交互网络中的情况。

研究结果表明：

（1）整个样本的交互网络整体密度比较紧密，但网络内部群体构成之间的联系比较稀疏。慕课课程开展过程中应注意交互网络中的核心人物，让其发挥出组织和引导作用，带领其他成员一同学习。

（2）除了激发学习者的交流沟通的兴趣，同时要注意每个子群之间的关系。除了每个子群内部的联系以外，与子群外部的联系也尤为重要。

（3）老师在整个课程学习中不光要充分调动网络核心人物的领导作用，也要及时关注网络边缘人物的心理动态，鼓励边缘人物参与到交流互动中来。

Abstract

Social interaction is the core element of online education. Extracting valuable information in the huge educational data, and taking timely teaching intervention to ensure the quality of online education classroom teaching, become the focus of current researchers. Because MOOCs is a typical representative of educational informatization, to study the composition of learner social interaction network and learner interaction characteristics in MOOCs curricular environment are of great significance.

The interaction between learners and the continuing learning of learners are problems in MOOCs needed to solve .In this paper, we study the interaction between learners in MOOCs from the aspects of network density, centrality and cohesion subgroups, using the social network analysis method, in oeder to understand the composition and characteristics of learners' interactive networks in large-scale courses and the situation of learners in interactive networks.

Research indicates:

(1) the overall density of the entire sample network can still be calculated, the specific internal members of the individual interaction is not very satisfactory. We should pay attention to the people central to the interactive network , let them play an organizational and guiding role and lead the other members to learn together when carrying out MOOCs.

(2) In addition to stimulating the learner's communication and communication,we need to pay attention to the relationship between each subgroup. In addition to the internal links of each subgroup, the connection with the outside of the subgroup is also particularly important.

(3) teachers in the whole course of study not only need to fully mobilize the people central to the network, but also need to timely pay attention to the psychological characteristics of people in the edge of the network in oeder to encourage them take part in the exchange of interaction.

1.1 研究背景

以现代信息技术与计算机多媒体为载体的第三代远程教育的兴起，越来越多的人参与到了大规模开放在线课堂（MOOCs）之中。在线学习环境为学习者极大程度地实现了学习资源共享，也为学习者的社会互动提供了丰富的工具以及平台。社会交互作为在线开放课程的核心要素，如何在庞大的教育数据中提取出有价值的信息，进而采取及时的教学干预，以保证大规模在线开放教育课堂的教学质量，成为当前研究者关注的热点。

学习分析技术（Learning Analytics）是在教育领域新兴的一种分析技术，学习分析是通过测量收集学习者和他们的学习环境的数据，利用学习分析工具对数据进行分析总结。学习分析技术提供了聚类分析、社会网络分析等分析方法，能够对复杂的数据进行简化分析，也为研究学习者交互网络的构成及现状提供有力支持。
