篮球运动对中学生身心健康影响的研究

摘 要
近几年我们国家学生的身体素质日益下降,心理问题增多,参与篮球运动可以增强中学生体质,缓解心理问题,本文拟定在此方面研究。中学生参加篮球运动的目的是要加强身体素质,使得他们身心协调发展,培养学生的体育运动能力和良好的思想心理品质,使其成为德、智、体全面协调发展的社会主义接班人和建设者。学校开展篮球运动的任务不单单是要提高学生的身体素质,而且要着眼于培养学生终生体育思想的发展目标。作为一种现代流行运动,它不仅具备体育运动的方方面面的特点,而且它的趣味性吸引许多学生参与篮球运动,篮球运动所带来的趣味感受促进了中学生的健康心理的养成,对中学生的身心健康有着非常重要的积极的影响。中学生所处的阶段是人生观和世界观形成的重要节点,也是他们身体快速发育的阶段,如果能让他们喜爱的篮球运动来促进他们成为身体健康、意志坚强,勇于面对困难的人。本研究论文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,对淮安市洪泽中学高二学生作为研究对象,分别对篮球运动对各项身体素质、不同年级学生的心理健康状况存在差异、在青少年篮球教学训练过程中注重防守技术的训练、战术意识对篮球运动员防守能力产生重要的影响等内容进行分析。其结果显示:中学篮球教学深受学生的喜爱,但是要坚持发展学生速度、灵敏、力量等素质为主;普遍存在的心理问题比较一致即是:喜欢,不喜欢, 在乎别人认可, 缺乏耐力,畏惧,缺乏自信心、缺乏热情和积极性;在篮球教学和训练中防守技在篮球运动中占着比较重要的位置,在赛场上必须要时刻紧盯对方的进攻,在队员们的相互配合下形成严密的联防体系;战术意识是学生经过长期比赛和训练,不断地积累经验,逐渐形成自觉战术意识。

Abstract: In recent years, the physical quality of the students in our country is declining day by day, and the psychological problems are increasing. The participation of basketball can enhance the physique of middle school students and alleviate the psychological problems. This article is to be studied in this paper. The purpose of the middle school students to participate in basketball is to strengthen the physical quality, make them coordinate the development of their body and mind, cultivate the students" sports ability and good ideological and psychological quality, so that they will become the socialist successors and builders of the comprehensive and coordinated development of Germany, wisdom and body. The task of school basketball is not only to improve the physical quality of students, but also to develop the goal of lifelong sports. As a modern popular sport, it has not only the characteristics of all aspects of sports, but also its interest in attracting many students to participate in basketball. The interesting feeling of basketball has promoted the development of middle school students" healthy psychology, and has a very important positive impact on the physical and mental health of middle school students. The stage of middle school students is an important node in the formation of outlook on life and world. It is also the stage of their rapid development. If they can make their favorite basketball to promote them to be healthy, strong will and face difficulties.
By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper studies the senior two students in Hongze middle school in Huaian as the research object. There are differences in the physical quality of the basketball and the mental health of the students in different grades, and in the course of the teaching and training of the youth basketball. We should pay attention to the training of defensive techniques and the influence of tactical awareness on basketball players" defensive ability. The result shows that middle school basketball teaching is very popular with students, but it is necessary to insist on developing students" speed, sensitivity and strength. The common psychological problems are as follows: like, do not like, care for others" approval, lack endurance, fear, lack of confidence, lack of enthusiasm and enthusiasm; in basketball teaching and training The defensive skill in the practice occupies a more important position in the basketball game. In the field, it is necessary to keep a close eye on the opponent"s attack and form a tight joint defense system under the cooperation of the players. The tactical awareness is the students" continuous accumulation of experience after a long period of competition and training, and gradually forms a conscious tactical consciousness.
