基于运动处方理论下体育课堂教学效果的对比分析

Abstract: Exercise prescription is a rehabilitation physician or physical therapy, for those engaged in physical exercise or patients, according to medical examination data, in accordance with their health, physical strength and cardiovascular function, in the form of prescriptions to specify the type of exercise, exercise intensity, exercise time and frequency of exercise, put forward a movement of attention to a programme of activities. During the internship in Guanyun Senior school in Jiangsu Province, the author found that two students in the class had poor physique and infirmity. In PE class, PE teachers do not dare them to do any exercise, each time always let them sit on one side, physical fitness and other students more and more wide gap, and therefore lack of communication with students, become taciturn. In order to change this situation, the author formulates sports prescriptions for these two students, and then uses interview method, literature method, observation method, mathematical statistics method to record and analyze the changes of students. Finally, it is concluded that under the condition of exercise prescription intervention in the classroom, the frail students, whether from physical quality, psychology, communication with people, or the mastery of sports skills, can achieve good teaching results.

1前言
1.1研究背景
新一轮课程改革的核心是评价,它倡导“立足过程,促进发展”的课程评价,强调促进学生全面发展,强调学生个体的进步和多方面的发展潜能[1]。但在实际的教育过程中,我们甚至都没有做到关注每一位学生的发展,就体育课堂而言,很多有先天性疾病或活动障碍、体弱多病的同学,教师也大都没有采取相应的措施,在上体育课时,这些学生总是在一旁休息。长此以往,会影响这些学生的生长发育以及身体各项机能,对学生的心理也会产生消极的影响。
1.2研究目的
教育的目的就是促进学生的全面发展,即使有些学生的身体情况不适合进行一般的体育课活动,但是作为教师,必须要对此采取措施,通过对两名学生制定运动处方,在体育课指导其实施,在学生身体允许的情况下,帮助这两名学生进行适量的锻炼提高身体机能水平,掌握一定的运动技能。
