摘 要

为了了解淮阴区业余体校乒乓球运动员训练状况，为日后运动员的培养提供理论参考。本研究以淮阴区业余体校乒乓球队的运动员、教练员共43人为研究对象，从淮阴区业余体校乒乓球运动员发展现状入手，参照乒乓球项目的发展原理，并结合训练学理论，对淮阴区业余体校乒乓球队进行调查，对淮阴区业余体校乒乓球项目的开展现状进行调查和分析，得出主要结论和建议如下：

1.淮阴区业余体校乒乓球的场地设施完善，可以为日常训练提供良好的物质条件，其环境可以满足乒乓球项目的开展。

2.淮阴区业余体校乒乓球运动员对训练密度、训练强度持认可观点，但缺乏新颖的训练方法，其打法上缺乏一定的创新。

3.淮阴区业余体校乒乓球队存在运动员储备不足的问题，主要体现在缺少小年龄组运动员和高水平运动员。

4.多参加省级或以上比赛，能够改善训练质量，提高运动员训练成果。淮阴区业余体校的运动员应踊跃参加江苏省及省级以上的各类比赛，增加赛事经验，以赛代练，能够很好的改善运动员的竞技水平。

Abstract：The thesis analyzes the development of the table tennis team in the Huayinamateur sports school based on the rules of table tennis and principles in sport education by assessing the way of management of the table tennis team in the Huayin amateur sports school and the 43 ping-pong players and coaches in in it. The results of the research can be mainly concluded into four aspects:

1.The facilities in the Huayin amateur sports school are well equipped to satisfy the need of athletes’ daily training and the environment here is beneficial to the development of the sport of table tennis.

2.Athletes in the Huayin amateur sports school are satisfied with the volume of training in it but actually there is a lack innovation in the training in the Huayin amateur sports school especially the innovation of training methods and technique strategies.

3.The Huayin amateur sports school is short of reserve ping-pong players which can be reflected by the shortages of talented ping-pong reserves and outstanding ping-pong talents.

4.The combination of training and competition may improve the school’s teaching standards and improve athletes’ level. Ping-pong players in the Huayin amateur sports school should take part in provincial competitions actively to improve themselves. Athletes should develop the consciousness of substituting the trainings for competitions in order to improve their competition level more efficiently and achieve a high level at playing table tennis.

1 前言

1.1选题依据

中国乒乓球长盛不衰，是我国的“国球”。我国乒乓球水平能够在此项目中长期站在世界顶尖地位，并包揽了世界各大赛事的金牌，与其人才储备充分、训练科学化程度高、培养机制完善是密不可分的。然而，在我国乒乓球取得骄人成绩的同时，也要看清我国乒乓球项目发展中存在的一些问题。体校是我国训练体制中的重要组成部分，它处于四级训练网中的基础环节，是我国培养高水平竞技运动后备人才的重要基地。训练是基础工程，训练没抓好、没抓紧，就没有高质量的体育后备人才，培养优秀运动员人才梯队的“塔尖” 将成为无源之水、无本之木，可持续发展的高水平竞技体育就无法实现。[^[1]]本研究对淮阴区业余体校乒乓球运动员和教练员进行调查研究， 对淮阴区业余体校乒乓球运动项目的发展现状做出综合的评价和分析，给淮阴区业余体校乒乓球项目发展提供理论参照，能够让淮阴区业余体校乒乓球训练得到更好的发展，向更高层次运动队输送更多优秀运动员。
