影响淮安市初中生体育锻炼的因素调查及分析

摘 要

本研究以随机抽取淮安市部分中学生为调查对象,运用问卷调查法,数理统计法,文献资料法来调查影响淮安市中学生体育锻炼的因素,本研究调查了传统文化、现代高科技、经济条件、社会环境、家庭环境以及中学生对体育锻炼的意识和兴趣七个因素。学校、家庭以及自身影响因素比较重要。体育锻炼可以强身健体,调节精神,缓解压力,引导中学生进行合理科学的体育锻炼,是我们目前需要解决的问题。

1前言

2007年《中共中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》提出;确保学生每天锻炼一小时,全国进行阳光体育活动。学生身体素质指标1985-1995年呈上升趋势,之后呈下降趋势[1]

体育锻炼是指人们根据需要自我选择,运用各种体育手段,并结合自然力和卫生措施,以发展身体,增进健康,增强体质,调节精神,丰富文化生活和支配余暇时间为目的的体育活动[2]。体育锻炼能够培养学生吃苦耐劳、坚韧不拔的意志品质;培养沉着冷静、机智果断、结构健全的个性心理。锻炼学生团队协作的良好品质[3]

淮安市的中学生缺乏体育锻炼问题严重,中学生对生活方式的选择还处于一种缺乏理性的阶段,带有盲目性和任意性。家长过分溺爱小学生,不让他们参加上一点运动量的体育活动,他们的课余时间,大多在家里度过,选择的方式看电视、做作业、上网游戏、闲玩、看书等。

本文对影响淮安市初中生体育锻炼的因素进行研究分析,为更好解决好学生进行体育锻炼提供实证支持。
