摘 要

   本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数据统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对淮海中学，淮州中学，淮阴中学，清江中学，北京路中学以及淮安中学这六所中学的田径运动会开展现状进行调查分析，发现淮安市中学田径运动会存在的问题主要有：1）思想认识上存在误区。2）竟赛项目与学校体育教学课程脱节,互动效应差。3）多数项目缺乏集体合作性，观赏性和娱乐性。4）计分办法不合理。5）分组办法不合理6）竞赛办法限制了学生的参与。7）校领导的重视程度不行。针对这些问题进行分析与研究,对田径运动会项目设置、计分办法、分组办法及竞赛办法等方面提出了改革意见，以此为基础来调动校田径运动会各方面的积极性，提高学生的体育参与意识，满足学生的参赛欲望，增加参赛人数。并且为淮安市中学田径运动会的更好开展提供理论支撑，以促使中学田径运动会更好地发展，使其适应新时期体育教育事业发展的要求，充分发挥其在校园体育文化建设中的作用。

Abstraet The school games is the school sports work important constituent, also is the school sports one of the focus of the work, with a strong cohesion and appeal, propaganda and play sports function in the best position. This article uses the literature material law, investigation method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, on the part of Huaian County high school sports present situation investigation and study, found in the hosting process problems, on this basis to HuaianCounty high school sports reform provide advice, for the Huaian County high school sports in order to provide the theory support, in order to make the high school sports develop better, make it adapt to the new era of sports education development, give full play to its role in the construction of campus sports culture.
