摘要：对目前宿迁市的青少年开展篮球运动的情况深入的进行了了解，通过10所学校学生的抽样调查，主要目的是发现宿迁市篮球业余开展过程中遇到的问题，在找到问题的基础上，针对问题找到行之有效的解决办法。本文主要运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地访谈法、数据分析法，对宿迁市部分中学青少年篮球业余训练的状况进行调查分析。得到了宿迁市青少年开展篮球体育运动的相关统计数据，在对数据的分析中我得到以下结果：目前宿迁的学生对篮球这门体育运动项目还是比较容易接受的；篮球运动已经成为学校业余体育运动的重要组成内容；有些学校还专门成立了校篮球队，通过专业的训练，经费的保障，促进了篮球教育事业的发展。本次的调查中我们还发现，一些学校对篮球教育十分重视，并且根据青少年身体心理发展的特点，相应的制定了篮球教育培训计划，并且开展了专业的篮球教育培训，从师资队伍的素质上来说，教练员都是专业院校的毕业生，有着较强的业务功底，这是提高教学质量的保证。制约青少年篮球业余训练的主要因素主要有：场地器材，教师队伍力量，学校领导、家长、学生对参与篮球运动项目的认识程度，各方共同努力消除这些制约因素影响。根据宿迁市各个中学的实际情况制定合理有效的方案并实施，促进青少年的健康，篮球运动水平的提高。

Abstract：In the city of Suqian youth basketball development situation thorough understanding, through sampling investigation of 10 school students, the main purpose is to find problems encountered in the process of amateur basketball in Suqian City, based on some problems, aiming at the problem of finding an effective solution. In this paper, by using the method of literature, questionnaire,interview, data analysis, some secondary schools in Suqian city youth basketball amateur training situation investigation and analysis. The statistical data to carry out the basketball sports in Suqian city youth, in the analysis of the data Iobtained the following results: the students in Suqian to the basketball the sportis still relatively easy to accept; basketball has become an important componentof amateur sports school; some schools also set up a school basketball team,through professional training, financial support, to promote the development of basketball education. The survey we also found, some schools attach great importance to the basketball education, and according to the characteristics ofadolescent physical and psychological development, formulate the basketballtraining plan, and carry out the professional basketball training, from the teachers troop quality, coaches are college graduates, there is a strongbusiness skills, which is to improve the teaching quality assurance. The mainfactors restricting the youth amateur basketball training include: site equipment,the strength of teachers, school leaders, parents, students to understand thedegree of participation in basketball project, all parties to work together to eliminate the influence of these factors. According to the actual situation of Suqian city each middle school to develop reasonable and effective scheme and implement, promote the health of adolescents, to raise the level of basketball.
