摘 要

排球是一项集娱乐、健身、竞技于一体的一项运动，更是一项老少皆宜的运动项目，其锻炼价值和健身价值都很高。但是近年来，排球运动在徐州铜山区各中学开展的情况却不容乐观，排球在中学体育活动的开展中备受冷落。排球既可以提高学生身心健康，又能增强学生培养团结合作的精神，培养机智、果断、沉着、冷静的心理品质。因此，对中学排球运动开展状况的调查研究以及探究其受影响因素很有必要。

本文采用文献法、问卷调查法等研究方法，对徐州铜山区中学排球教师情况、课程开设情况、学校领导态度及管理情况、场地、器材和其他因素等进行了调查分析。结果显示：（1）徐州铜山区中学的排球运动开展的情况并不理想，排球在学生的总体体育运动时间里占据的比重很小，篮球和足球占据大部分。（2）影响排球在中学开展的因素：校领导的重视程度（体现在学校领导对文化课很重视，忽略了体育教学发展）、具有专业排球知识的师资力量（体现在排球的教师比例很小）、排球场地和器材（体现在器材陈旧不足或场地不完善等）、排球的教学内容（体现在学生学习排球技术仅限于准备姿势与移动、传球和垫球，学生学习效果不是很理想，积极性不高）等。

Abstract：As we all know, volleyball is a sport an entertainment, fitness, sports in one, it is a sport for all ages, the value of exercise and fitness values are high. But this year, volleyball is not optimistic in the case of primary and secondary schools conducted in Xuzhou, Primary and secondary school sports development is a top priority, primary and secondary school students to improve the skills of the golden age of sports, volleyball in this period can improve the health of students, while also enhancing the spirit of unity and cooperation of the students to develop and cultivate wit, decisive, calm, cool psychological quality, better for the national volleyball elite athletes train, transport Talented young people, to help enhance the strength of the national volleyball. Therefore, primary and secondary research and explore the situation to carry out their volleyball affected by factors is necessary.

The results showed that: (1) primary and secondary volleyball Xuzhou conduct is not satisfactory, the overall proportion of students in volleyball sports time occupied by small, occupying most of the basketball and football.
