在普通高校健美操教学中融入舞蹈练习的思考

摘 要
在经济水平的发展之下,人们的收入水平也得到了一定的提升,大家对于生活质量的要求也越来越高,健美操集齐艺术性、休闲性与健美性于一体,已经受到了各个阶层人民群众的广泛认可,高校健美操教学也开始从课堂延伸到学生的日常生活中,其教学目标主要是为了锻炼学生的意志,提升学生的身体机能,为日后的生活、学习和工作奠定好坚实的基础。但是,纵观现阶段各个高校健美操教育的实际情况来看,情况并不理想,很多教师还在采用填鸭式教学模式开展教学,这不仅难以取得理想的教学效果,还会影响学生的学习热情,而将舞蹈元素融入健美操教学中则可以很好的改变这一局面。关键词:普通高校,健美操教学,舞蹈练习
Abstract:Below the level of economic development, people"s income level has been some improvement, the quality of life we have become more sophisticated, aerobics collect artistic, recreational and fitness in one, all classes have been widely recognized by the masses, the university began teaching aerobics extends from the classroom to the student"s daily life, its teaching goal is mainly to training students will enhance students" physical function, for the future of life, learning and work to lay a good solid foundation. However, throughout each stage of university education Aerobics actual situation, the situation is not ideal, many teachers are still using spoon to carry out teaching mode, which is not only difficult to achieve the desired effect of teaching, but also affect the enthusiasm of students while the dance elements into teaching aerobics can be good to change this situation.
