摘 要

教育作为培养高素质人才的重要手段，在现代社会中发挥着越来越重要的作用。学校教育是基础教育的重要组成部分，以培养适应时代发展要求的人才为目标，也需要与时俱进。学校体育是学校教育的组成部分,是培养全面发展的人的一个重要方面。学校体育是通过身体活动,增进学生身心健康,掌握体育与健康知识、技术、技能,培养道德品质,提高社会适应能力为目的的有计划、有组织的教育过程。篮球运动作为一项深受学生喜爱并具有很好的锻炼与教育价值的运动，一直是学校体育教育的重要内容。篮球教学是否能发挥育人的作用，取决于篮球教学的效果。本文通过文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析等方法，对淮安市清浦中学高中篮球教学开展现状及存在问题进行了较为系统的研究。介绍了淮安市清浦中学篮球教学的内容、场地器材设施及师资等情况，归纳出篮球教学发展过程中存在的问题，并从丰富教学内容、优化教学环境和合理分配师资等方面提出对策，为能够使淮安市清浦中学篮球教学得到更好发展提供理论参考。

Abstract: Education is an important means of cultivating high quality talents, plays an increasingly important role in modern society. School education is an important part of basic education, training to adapt to the requirements of the development of the talents, also need to keep pace with the times. The school sports is part of school education, is an important aspect to cultivate all-round development of people. The school sports is through physical activity, enhance physical and mental health of students, master of physical education and health knowledge and skills, cultivate moral character, the process of education in a planned and organized for the purpose of improving the ability of social adaptation. Basketball as one of students" favorite and has the educational value of exercise and good movement, has always been an important part of school physical education. Basketball teaching can play the role of educating people, depending on the basketball teaching effect. In this paper, by means of on-the-spot investigation, literature, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and so on, Qingpu middle school basketball teaching present situation and existing problems are studied systematically. The Qingpu middle school basketball teaching content, teaching facilities and conditions, summed up the existing problems in the development process of basketball teaching, and enrich the teaching contents, optimizing teaching environment and the rational allocation of teacher achievements and puts forward some countermeasures to make basketball teaching in Qingpu and provide a theoretical reference for better development.

1. 前言

教育是作为培养高素质人才的重要手段,实现学生的全面发展需要,发挥越来越重要的作用，体育教学在学校实施全面教育过程中占据着一个非常重要的位置。篮球作为我国青少年最受欢迎的体育项目之一,在大力提倡健康第一的学校体育指导思想下,研究中学篮球课的教学,可以让学生更有效地掌握篮球运动的知识、方法和技术技能,提高篮球教学质量,促使学生把篮球运动作为终身体育进行锻炼,增进健康,同时篮球运动中蕴涵着丰富的文化内涵。通过篮球课的教学,可以提高学生的心理健康水平,促进个体的社会化,对学生的整体素质的提高有着很大的作用。2004年教育部出台了以“健康第一”为指导思想,以注重学生的主体地位,关注学生的主体发展为出发点,并针对现有的中学体育课程进行改革新的“体育与健康课程”标准在新的课程标准中,课程与教学的指向由原来的技术技能的掌握程度上深到关注学生健康的发展,教师的任务不仅仅再是教授学生篮球的一些技术技能,而是要充分发挥了篮球教学育人的功能。前提是要在充分尊重学生的主体地位下进行教学,由原先的注重教师的教发展到关注学生的学。在篮球教学评价标准上不仅仅再是学生掌握了多少篮球的技术技能,而是要看篮球的教学给学生的身体和心理方面带来一系列的变化,让学生养成坚持体育锻炼的良好习惯和生活方式,有利于提高学生身体、心理和社会适应性等的整体健康水平，为发展和培养优秀的后备人才出一份力量。
