摘 要

仅对于中国大部分普通中学而言，一年一度举办的中学生田径运动会是学校规模最大，影响力最大的体育竞赛，对各中学举办的运动会他所展现各学校学生的青春活力和精神面貌，他对于促进学校运动队建设，选拔优秀的体育人才，甚至对于促进学习能够起到很大的作用，并能很好的做到以逸待劳，可过分的强调专业化的开展模式，贯穿整个运动会，甚至多少年下来似乎这样的运动会成了一种形式，一种应付，挫伤了很多学生参与运动会的积极性。体育是学校教育必不可少的手段，如何更好地设置好体育教育和运动会的关系着显得尤为重要。

本文采用了文献法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑归纳法、总结出以如皋市各中学为例的中学生田径运动会的弊端，主要从项目设置方面，进行了解析与思考，并探寻改善方法，希望能有所成效，能够重新唤起学生对于运动会的“感情”。
