1. 毕业设计（论文）的内容和要求

本课题属于教育学领域英语教育实践研究论文，符合英语专业本科培养计划语言方向的培养要求。

本课题旨在通过采访调查在中国任教的外籍教师教学状况，调查外教在中国英语课堂的期望与挑战；通过分析产生挑战原因，并给出解决办法，以此促进国际教育的进一步发展。

具体内容及要求包括： 1. 采访外教，了解外教在中国英语课堂的期望与挑战； 2. 采访英语专业学生，了解学生对外教的看法； 3. 学习相关理论，分析外教课堂挑战的原因； 4．指出本研究的教学价值，提出教学建议。

3. 毕业设计（论文）进程安排

启动阶段 2016.1.1#8212;2016.3.1 在广泛查阅资料的基础上，完善课题研究方案，完成外文翻译、文献综述和开题报告等工作，组织开题论证和初期检查工作。

开题阶段 2016.3.2#8212;2016.6.7 进行课题的实验、设计、调研及结果的处理与分析等，完成毕业设计说明书或论文写作，进行毕业设计（论文）的审阅和修改完善。
