摘 要

粮食作为主要的农产品，不仅是基础民生物资，更是战略保障物资。为确保我国粮食产业的稳定发展和粮食供应链的安全可靠，需要分析并且积极应对粮食供应链中包括生产、加工、物流和销售等环节的风险。

本论文基于复杂系统理论，研究了粮食供应链风险评价和管理。第一，综述了国内外粮食供应链风险的研究现状，并阐述了论文的主要内容和研究路线；第二，阐述了复杂系统理论、累积前景理论、供应链理论、供应链风险理论以及粮食供应链理论；第三，全面识别了粮食供应链风险影响因素，研究并建立了粮食供应链风险评价指标体系，在此基础上，建立了基于累积前景理论的粮食供应链风险评价模型；第四，在研究了供应链风险管理策略的基础上，提出了基于复杂系统理论的粮食供应链风险反应系统；第五，将风险评价模型和风险反应系统应用到厦门象屿的粮食供应链中去，得到风险评价结果和风险应对方案。第六，对风险管理方案进行了环境影响和经济性分析。

最后，总结了论文的创新点和不足之处，并展望了与粮食供应链风险相关的研究方向。

Abstract

Food as the main agricultural products, not only is the basis of the people's livelihood materials, but also strategic security supplies. To ensure the stable development of China's grain industry and the safety and reliability of the food supply chain, it is necessary to analyze and actively respond to the risks of production, processing, logistics and sales in the food supply chain.

Based on the complex system theory, this paper studies the risk evaluation and management of grain supply chain. First, it summarizes the research status of domestic and international food supply chain risk, and expounds the main contents and research framework of the paper. Secondly, it elaborates the theories of complex system theory, cumulative prospect theory, supply chain theory, supply chain risk theory and grain supply chain. Thirdly, this chapter comprehensively and systematically identifies the influencing factors of grain supply chain risk and establishes the risk evaluation index system of grain supply chain. On this basis, the risk evaluation model of grain supply chain based on cumulative prospect theory is established. Fourthly, based on the study of supply chain risk management strategy, this part puts forward the risk response system of grain supply chain based on complex system theory. Fifthly, the risk evaluation model and the risk response system are applied to the food supply chain of Xiamen Xiangyu to get the risk evaluation result and risk response plan. Sixth, the environmental impact and economic analysis of the risk management program were carried out.

Finally, it summarizes the innovation points and shortcomings of this paper, and puts forward the prospect of research related to the thesis.

农业在我国有着非常重要的地位，粮食作为农业中主要的农产品，不仅是基础民生物资，更是战略保障物资。目前，国内的粮食产业布局已经从“南粮北运”转变成了“北粮南运”，以东北和东南地区在2010至2014时间内的总产量和总消费量为例，我国的“北粮南运”模式已趋于稳定，如图1.1和图1.2所示。
