摘 要

随着社会需求的日益增多以及全球经济一体化的逐步增强，商品的生产，包装，转移，交换过程也日渐频繁，而包含这所有活动的物流产业在世界各地的经济发展中也彰显出了举足轻重的地位。同时，物流业也在国民经济发展的过程中扮演着重要的角色，被喻为“经济运行和发展的加速器”。物流发展水平也渐渐成为衡量一个国家或地区综合竞争力关键因素。

然而我国的区域物流发展现状呈现出一种在空间资源分布及发展程度上不均衡的态势，因此，建立一套科学合理的区域物流发展水平评价指标体系科准确评价区域物流的发展水平、发育程度和竞争力状况是一项重要而又迫切的工作，对推动湖北省现代区域物流的长远发展有着重要的意义。

本文基于区域物流相关理论，采用主成分分析的方法，研究了湖北省物流发展水平的问题。本文的主要研究内容和技术路线如下：

第一章对选题的背景与意义以及国内外相关研究现状进行了阐述，同时介绍了文章的研究思路和方法。

第二章对区域物流的概念及主要特征进行了阐述，同时分析了区域物流发展的主要影响因素。

第三章对湖北省物流发展的现状及存在的问题进行了分析。

第四章构建了区域物流评价体系，确定了评价方法，并详细介绍了主成分分析法。

第五章对湖北省区域物流进行了实证分析，并以此为基础对湖北省物流未来的发展提出了相应的建议。

第六章对本文的研究工作及其主要结论进行总结，并对今后的研究工作进行展望。

本文的研究工作对于推动湖北省现代区域物流的长远展，为规划湖北省区域物流的发展以及为制定相关物流产业的政策提供有关的理论依据具有重要的理论依意义和实践意义。

Abstract

With the increasing demand for society and the gradual increase of global economic integration, the production, packaging, transfer and exchange of commodities have become increasingly frequent, and the logistics industry, which includes all these activities, has also played an important role in the economic development all over the world. At the same time, the logistics industry also plays an important role in the process of national economic development, and is regarded as "the accelerator of economic operation and development"". The level of logistics development has gradually become a key factor in measuring the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region.

However, the current situation of the regional logistics development in our country shows a space resources distribution and development degree of unbalanced situation. Therefore, the establishment of a regional logistics development level of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system, accurate evaluation of the regional logistics development level, development degree and competitiveness is an important and urgent work that is of great significance to promote the long-term development of the modern logistics area of Hubei province.

Based on the theory of regional logistics and the method of principal component analysis, this paper studies the level of logistics development in Hubei province. The main research contents and technical route are as follows:

The first chapter describes the background and significance of the topic, as well as the relevant research situation at home and abroad, and introduces the research ideas and methods.

The second chapter expounds the concept and main characteristics of regional logistics, and analyzes the main influencing factors of regional logistics develop.

The third chapter analyzes the current situation and existing problems of logistics development in Hubei province.

The fourth chapter constructs the regional logistics evaluation system, determines the evaluation method, and introduces the principal component analysis method in detail.

The fifth chapter carries on the positive analysis to the regional logistics of Hubei Province, and on this basis, puts forward the corresponding suggestion to the future development of the logistics of Hubei province.

The sixth chapter summarizes the research work and main conclusions of this paper, and looks forward to the future research work.

第一章 绪论

1.1选题的背景与选题意义

随着经济额全球化，商品交易日趋频繁，而保证商品交易的顺利实现与生产，运输，配送等物流活动密切相关。在某种程度上来说物流流为世界经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献。物流是一个包含生产，仓储，运输，流通加工，配送，销售和信息处理的综合服务产业，它涉及到的领域众多，涵盖的范围广阔，创造了大量的就业岗位，已经成为国民经济中重要一环，被称作“经济运行和发展的加速器”^[1]。经过西方国家的验证，现代物流对经济增长有显著地推动作用已是一个公认的事实。

区域物流也叫地域物流或地方物流，由于各地区分布的区域不同，发展程度不同，资源配置也不同，所以各区域物流具有差异性。而目前还没有形成一套完善的物流发展评价体系，因此一些地区在发展当地物流业时没有一个明确的目标，在实际过程中屡屡碰壁。所以我们首先要解决的问题就是对区域物流发展实施精确的定位，客观的评价当地物流发展现状。因此，把科学评价指标体系建立起来已经成为当前迫在眉睫的工作，对推动湖北省现代物流的长远发展，制定相关政策有着重要的理论意义及实践意义。

通过分析选题背景与意义，这里基于湖北省12个主要城市的数据基础结合系统性与全面性原则，可行性与可操作性原则，定量与定性相结合原则，发展性与稳定性原则建立了区域物流发展水平评价指标体系^[2]。运用SPSS软件，通过主成分分析法对湖北省12个主要城市的物流发展水平进行综合评价，最后得出结论提出相应的建议。

1.2.1国内研究综述

由于物流在国外发展比较早，正式传入中国是在二十世纪七八十年代，因此区域物流在国内外的发展程度存在很大的差异。另外，由于西方国家与我国的经济体制不同，以此学者们在研究区域物流是侧重点也不一样，国内学者更加侧重于宏观和区域层面的研究 ^[3]。
