摘 要

本文的研究背景与意义：目前发达国家的食品冷链物流体系己经非常成熟，而我国冷链物流配送的效率低，运营体系不完善且损失率高。本文将现有的国内外专家学者对于生鲜食品运输及配送的冷链物流绩效评价方面的研究进行了归纳总结，运用模糊层次分析法、模糊综合评价对该体系进行科学全面地评价，丰富其研究内容。

本文的研究内容是：针对冷链物流的生鲜食品运输及配送，进行绩效评价分析，通过分析冷链物流的特点，确定绩效评价指标体系和权重，并结合相关企业进行案例分析，实现该绩效评价体系的效用性。本文的研究方法是：通过模糊层次分析法确定绩效评价指标体系和权重，构建绩效评价指标体系，与冷链物流的特点相结合，筛选考核指标。运用模糊综合评价方法进行绩效评价，将定量指标与定性指标相结合，针对相应企业的生鲜食品运输及配送环节，验证其可行性及实用性，并由此提出改进意见。本文的特色在于：在理论研究的基础上，论文对生鲜食品运输及配送的冷链物流的绩效评价进行了应用研究，验证了其可行性与实用性。

Abstract

The research background and significance of this article: the current food cold chain logistics system has been developed very mature, while the efficiency of cold chain logistics in our country is low, and the operating system is not perfect and loss rate is high. In this paper, the existing domestic and foreign experts and scholars for fresh food, transport and distribution of cold chain logistics performance evaluation researches have been carried on the induction summary. The combination of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be more scientific and comprehensive, enriching the study of food cold chain logistics performance.

The research content of this paper is: in view of the fresh food cold chain logistics industry, transport and distribution, analyzing the performance evaluation. The analysis of the characteristics of cold chain logistics determines the performance evaluation index system and weights, combined with relevant enterprises implement the effectiveness of the performance evaluation system. The research method of this article is: through the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, determining the performance evaluation index system and weight and build a performance evaluation index system, combined with the characteristics of cold chain logistics, screening of assessment indicators. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for performance evaluation combines quantitative index and qualitative index. in view of the corresponding enterprise of fresh food, transport and distribution link, it verifies its feasibility and practicability, and improvement opinions are put forward. Characteristic of this paper lies in that the performance assessment for fresh food transport and distribution of cold chain logistics are applied to verify its feasibility and practicality on the basis of theoretical research.

现如今人们对生鲜食品安全的重视程度越来越高，保障食品安全的核心关注点也正在由储存保管转向运输配送。正因为生鲜食品本身具有易腐性及区域性特点，这就使得食品冷链配送与其他物流配送相比难度大大增加。从目前的发展来看，无论在运营模式上还是专利技术上，我国生鲜食品的冷链物流还在处于落后于发达国家的状态。

在此背景下，本研究结合生鲜食品冷链物流特点，以快速提高生鲜食品的运输及配送环节的综合服务水平作为研究目的，探讨研究我国生鲜食品运输及配送的冷链物流绩效评价体系的构建，一方面可以促进提升我国冷链物流发展水平，另一方面能够提高国民生活质量。

本文将生鲜食品运输与冷链物流配送作为研究对象的绩效评价，通过分析生鲜食品冷链物流的特点，建立相应的指标体系，对配送绩效评价分析具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。
