摘 要

在中国物流经济不断地持续健康发展的大环境下，面对日益激烈的物流业竞争和发展环境，各个物流行业都在不断地探索和寻求创新变革，以进一步提高自身的物流行业核心竞争力，而物流业一直是中国经济总量的贡献者之一和中国绿色物流的持续健康发展形势是推动中国物流业实现了绿色物流经济可持续发展其一的理想发展途径，同时也被认为是推动了当代中国的绿色物流业的发生和转型的必要战略选择，在此情况下，绿色物流的发展对于各行各业来说显得尤为重要，但是中国绿色物流的发展处于比较落后的阶段，仍然是处于物流业的发展初期。所以各个行业需要构建一个绿色物流绩效评价的体系，不仅有利于可以为各个行业的发展提供可进行评估和综合考量绩效评价的的依据，还有利于可以较好推动中国物流业的发展以及为各个行业进行有效的指导作用效果。

本文的目标主要是构建绿色物流评价体系和建立模型对绿色物流绩效进行评价分析,通过建立绿色物流模型对具体的企业的绿色物流绩效进行评价并进行结果分析,然后分析如何运用理论和实例的方法来对物流进行绩效评价,验证建立模型的意义和可行性,从而初步提出了改善绿色物流绩效评价的措施。

本文首先分析了绿色物流的基础理论，主要包括绿色物流的定义以及绿色物流的内容和影响因素,其次主要分析了绿色物流的绩效评价体系各方面的特征和状况，为企业构建一个绿色的物流绩效评价的体系，其中主要包括了物质基础指标，环境基础指标，运输指标和生产物流指标这4个关键指标，通过查阅相关文献分析绿色物流绩效评价的模型和方法有哪些,所以本文主要采用了三种方法对绿色物流进行绩效评价，这三种方法分别是层次分析法，模糊综合分析法，加权求和的方法，然后通过分析，运用这三种方法建立企业的绿色物流绩效评价的模型,构建模型的基本原理使先运用第一种方法确定企业的指标的权重值，其次是将后面两种方法进行组合运算来对企业进行绩效评价，最后通过运用实例来进行对模型的验证和体系的可行性分析，根据实例的评价结果可以很明显地、清楚地得知，评价体系是十分具有科学性以及具有很强的实用性，评价模型也是充分符合科学性的，同时，发现绿色物流绩效评价中存在的问题并提出改善绩效评价的建议，可以对于企业在绩效评价方面具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract

In China logistics under the environment of economic sustained and healthy development constantly, in the face of increased competition in the logistics industry and development environment, the logistics industry is continually explore and seek innovation in changes, to further improve their core competitiveness, logistics industry and logistics industry is one of the contributors of the Chinese economy and the sustainable and healthy development of China's green logistics situation is driving China's logistics industry to realize the ideal development of green logistics economic sustainable development one way, at the same time is also thought to be promoted the happening of the contemporary China's green logistics and the transformation of the necessary strategic choice, in this case, the development of green logistics is particularly important for all walks of life, but the development of China's green logistics is in a relatively backward stage, still in the early stage of the development of the logistics industry. Therefore, each industry needs to build a green logistics performance evaluation system, which is not only conducive to the development of each industry to provide a basis for evaluation and comprehensive consideration of performance evaluation, but also conducive to better promote the development of China's logistics industry and provide effective guidance for each industry.

The goal of this article is mainly to build evaluation system of green logistics and the establishment of the model analysis of green logistics performance evaluation, through the establishment of green logistics model for specific enterprise green logistics performance evaluation and analysis of the results, and methods to analysis how to apply the theory and practice of logistics performance evaluation, and validation of the significance and the feasibility of the model, so as to put forward the measures to improve the performance evaluation of green logistics.

This paper first analyzes the basic theory of the green logistics, mainly including the definition of green logistics and green logistics content and the influence factors of the second performance evaluation system of green logistics are analyzed in terms of features and conditions, for the enterprise to build a green logistics performance evaluation system, which mainly includes the index of material base, basic environmental indicators, transportation and production logistics the four key indicators, through the analysis of the performance evaluation of green logistics literature review what are the models and methods, so this paper mainly uses three methods of green logistics performance evaluation, these three methods are respectively analytic hierarchy process , fuzzy comprehensive analysis method, the weighted sum method, and then through the analysis, the use of these three methods to establish the enterprise green logistics performance evaluation model, the basic principle of constructing model makes the first to use the first method to determine the index weight value of the enterprise, the second is the will of the latter two methods are combined to the performance evaluation of enterprise, at last, by using examples to analysis for the verification of the model and the feasibility of the system, according to the evaluation results of instance can be very clearly, and clearly know that a evaluation system is scientific and has strong practicability, also fully conform to the scientific evaluation model, at the same time, To find out the problems existing in the performance evaluation of green logistics and put forward suggestions to improve the performance evaluation can have certain guiding significance for enterprises in the performance evaluation.
