基于精益管理理论的汽车行业绿色供应链管理绩效评估——以B公司为例开题报告

1. 研究目的与意义及国内外研究现状
(1)选题目的
将精益管理融合到汽车行业的绩效评估中,建立汽车行业基于精益思想的gscm模式,量化并解释各个指标对企业供应链管理水平的影响。促使汽车企业增强绿色竞争力,从而改善整个汽车行业的管理水平。
2. 研究的基本内容
考虑到汽车行业具有完整且典型的供应链,本文以其作为研究对象,归纳总结了精益管理和gscm的相关概念和国内外现状,并对我国汽车行业供应链现状进行分析,探索将精益管理纳入gscm绩效评估的可行性。依照绩效评估模型构建原则,利用模糊综合评价法并参考工信部对汽车行业实施gscm的规范公告,建造了一个基于精益思想的绿色供应链管理绩效评估模型。在最后一部分选取在国内汽车行业具有代表性的b公司作为案例,根据其实际运营状况,综合各指标进行计算,验证了模型的科学性。
3. 实施方案、进度安排及预期效果
(1)实施方案
- 首先说明研究背景及意义、研究方法,并根据思路绘制框架图;
- 其次归纳总结精益管理和GSCM的相关概念和国内外现状;
- 接着对我国汽车行业供应链现状进行分析,探索将精益管理纳入GSCM绩效评估的可行性;
- 然后依照绩效评估模型构建原则并参考工信部对汽车行业实施GSCM的规范公告,建造一个基于精益思想的绿色供应链管理绩效评估模型;
- 接下来选取在国内汽车行业具有代表性的B公司作为案例,根据其实际运营状况,综合各指标进行计算,验证了模型的科学性;
- 最后分析结果并得出结论。
