摘 要

在严峻的经济形势下，众多企业为了突破困境，物流模式逐渐偏向于物流业务的外包。青岛丰润无纺布有限公司也是物流外包模式下发展的企业。通过对丰润物流外包过程总体调查发现了物流服务商自身的问题及物流过程中的隐患，这些问题和隐患带来了物流过程中的管控风险、信息与沟通风险、库存风险，物流服务商资质及能力风险、合同风险、物流过程难以控制等一系列问题，这些问题威胁着青岛丰润无纺布有限公司物流业务的正常运作。在此背景下，本文针对丰润所面临的风险进行深入调研，针对这一调研结果进行分析，提出了选择合适的物流服务商、规范合同的签订与执行管理、建立风险防范与监督机制、建立高效通畅的信息沟通体系这相对应的四点策略，以期降低丰润物流外包过程中确实存在的风险、规避可能出现的意外风险，并为企业物流外包决策提供理论依据。

Logistics Outsourcing Risk and Countermeasures of Qingdao Fengrun Nonwoven Co., Ltd.

Abstract

In the tough economic situation, in order to break through the predicament, many enterprises are gradually biased towards the outsourcing of logistics business. Qingdao Fengrun Nonwoven Co., Ltd. is also an enterprise developed under the logistics outsourcing model. Through the overall investigation of Fengrun's logistics outsourcing process, it discovered the problems of logistics service providers and the hidden dangers in the logistics process. These problems and hidden dangers brought about the risk of management and control, information and communication risks, inventory risks, logistics service providers' qualifications and A series of problems, such as capacity risk, contract risk, and difficult to control the logistics process, threaten the normal operation of the logistics business of Qingdao Fengrun Nonwoven Co., Ltd. In this context, this paper conducts in-depth research on the risks faced by Fengrun, analyzes the results of this survey, and proposes the selection of appropriate logistics service providers, the signing and execution management of regulatory contracts, the establishment of risk prevention and supervision mechanisms, and the establishment of efficient The corresponding four-point strategy of the unobstructed information communication system, in order to reduce the risks that exist in Fengrun logistics outsourcing process, avoid possible unexpected risks, and provide theoretical basis for enterprise logistics outsourcing decision-making.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 选题背景

随着经济全球化的加快和市场经济的快速增长，企业的压力逐渐增大。在如今如此严峻的经济形势下，企业要想突破困境，就必须将资源集中，提高自身的核心竞争力。物流外包是当今很多企业采用的一种运作模式，是企业运作中的重要一环，决定了企业的生产、销售等一系列的成本，也决定了企业的发展。随着第三方物流市场机制的不断完善，物流外包市场的竞争激烈程度将加剧。面对如此激烈的发展趋势，对我国第三方物流企业提出了更高的要求。

物流外包是企业加快建设核心竞争力、减少成本损耗的重要手段，但物流外包活动的实施是一把双刃剑，它虽然能够给企业带来经济效益，但是在现实生活的实施中，会因为物流活动的复杂及不确定性、第三方物流企业的服务水平等问题造成物流外包活动出现诸多风险。因此，物流外包对企业的高回报与高风险双重影响决定了企业对物流外包风险管理的必要性。

1.2 研究意义

青岛丰润无纺布有限公司作为一家小型生产企业，因公司规模及资金的限制，所以对市场的波动及冲击尤为敏感，且丰润采用全外包的物流模式，就意味着物流外包业务的反馈及影响会直接关乎着企业的生存与发展。本文基于此，通过识别、分析、评估丰润的物流外包风险，优化丰润的资源配置、降低机会成本，使丰润能够集中有限的资源全力发展核心业务，促进公司战略目标的实现。通过分析丰润进行物流服务商选择所面临的风险，有利于帮助企业确定最适合企业发展的、与企业价值理念最匹配的物流服务商，从而促进双方业务水平的共同提高。
