物流企业业绩影响因素研究

摘 要
随着经济的不断发展,物流企业也在不断地发展。物流业与互联网、大数据技术的结合对降低物流成本、提高物流管理水平具有重要意义。根据现行的市场环境,企业绩效的提升对各大物流企业向前发展具有重要的意义。资源基础理论认为,企业资源的异质性决定企业竞争力的差异。识别企业核心资源有助于企业核心竞争力的发展和保持,这对于物流企业尤为重要。
整体而言,研究企业业绩,试图利用实证的研究方法对我国物流市场的现状、市场竞争的关系做深入系统的研究,以物流业的市场绩效及其与相关影响因素的关系作为重点考察对象。具体而言,第一个研究目标是基于资源基础观,检验基础设施、物流企业业绩、管理者综合能力对物流服务质量(也成为运营绩效)和社会物流总体发展的影响;并对物流业与市场绩效文献进行综合评述并按照产业组织的相关理论,结合我国经济转轨、多种所有制和非完全市场经济的特征建立适合我国国情的物流业市场绩效理论分析框架。
接下来基于实证的方法,研究物流业市场现状的特征、市场结构与市场绩效的关系并以物流业上市公司为代理度测,并运用SPSS23建立模型并分析结果,进一步研究企业市场行为对企业市场绩效影响及企业市场绩效与相关影响因素的关系;最后基于以上的研究结果,从物流市场、物流业和物流企业层面上提出提高物流业企业业绩的政策建议。利用SPSS分析结果表明,企业业绩受到营业收入的影响最深,这就说明企业管理强,客户选择越高。在研究的过程中发现,市场竞争、市场环境、企业结构、社会环境等都对物流企业业绩产生影响,这些都可能成为企业业绩的影响因素。
通过研究得出结论后,对相关企业的业绩组成以及业绩影响因素有一个相对深入的了解,这就说明了可以根据研究结果,对企业制定相应的改善计划,提出改善策略,并且为企业提升业绩,提升自身竞争力奠定了理论基础;通过研究结论,各个企业可以根据自身发展现状,对未来的发展进行规划。

Research on The Factors Influencing The Performance of Logistics Enterprises
Abstract
With the continuous development of economy, the logistics enterprises is in constant development. The combination of the logistics industry and the Internet, big data technology to reduce logistics costs, improve the level of logistics management is of great significance. According to the current market environment, the improvement of enterprise performance is of great significance to the development of logistics enterprises. Resource-based theory, enterprise resource heterogeneity, differences decided to enterprise competitiveness. To identify enterprise core resources to help develop and maintain the core competitiveness of enterprises, for the logistics enterprises is particularly important.
On the whole, research on corporate performance, this paper attempts to make a deep and systematic study on the current situation of China's logistics market and the relationship between market competition by using empirical research methods, focusing on the market performance of the logistics industry and its relationship with relevant influencing factors. Specifically speaking, the first research goal is to test the impact of infrastructure, logistics enterprise performance and comprehensive ability of managers on logistics service quality (also known as operation performance) and the overall development of social logistics based on the resource-based view; and to make a comprehensive review of logistics industry and market performance literature, and according to the relevant theory of industrial organization, combined with China's economic transition and multiple ownership And the characteristics of incomplete market economy to establish a theoretical analysis framework of market performance of logistics industry suitable for China's national conditions.
Next based on the empirical method, the study of the characteristics of logistics market present situation, the relationship between market structure and market performance and the degree of logistics industry listed companies for the broker test, and use SPSS23 to model and analyze the results, further research on the enterprise market behavior to the enterprise market performance and the relationship of the enterprise market performance and the related influencing factors; Finally based on the above research results, from the logistics market, logistics and logistics enterprise level put forward policy Suggestions on improvement of the logistics enterprise performance. SPSS analysis results show that corporate performance is affected by the revenue the deepest, this means that enterprise management is strong, the higher the customer choice. In the process of research, found that the market competition, market environment, enterprise structure, social environment influence on the performance of logistics enterprises, it is possible that these are the influence factors of corporate performance.
After the conclusion of the study, we have a relatively deep understanding of the performance composition and the influencing factors of the performance of relevant enterprises, which indicates that according to the research results, we can make corresponding improvement plans and put forward improvement strategies for enterprises, and lay a theoretical foundation for enterprises to improve their performance and enhance their competitiveness. Through the research conclusion, each enterprise can carry on the plan to the future development according to own development present situation.
