摘 要

水泥作为建筑基建行业的基础材料之一，在我国经济发展中起着至关重要的作用。随着我国的基础设施不断完善，以及房地产行业发展遭遇瓶颈，导致整个水泥行业的竞争日趋激烈，原材料库存管理优化是增强企业核心竞争力非常有效的方法。本文探讨是在竞争如此激烈的市场环境下水泥制造企业原材料库存管理问题，为水泥制造企业原材料库存管理的优化，库存储存成本和管理费用的降低，现金流增加从而增强企业的核心竞争力的方法。

本文主要介绍了原材料库存管理优化的相关理论知识，在结合瑞昌水泥有限公司的原材料库存管理现状进行分析，针对瑞昌水泥有限公司库存偏高、呆滞品数量过高、库存原材料保存方法不妥当的问题，通过需求预测、供应商管理库存、加强仓库日常规划和管理、结合原材料的化学物理性质来进行分类管理库存、加强对呆滞品的预防和处理。

论文提出的瑞昌水泥有限公司的原材料需求预测改进以及原材料库存优化方案希望能能够为国内的其他制造企业起到参考和借鉴。

Research on raw material inventory optimization of Ruichang Cement Co., Ltd

Abstract

Cement, as one of the basic materials in the construction infrastructure industry, plays a crucial role in China's economic development. With the continuous improvement of China's infrastructure and the bottleneck of the development of the real estate industry, the competition in the whole cement industry is increasingly fierce. The optimization of raw material inventory management is a very effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper discusses the problem of raw material inventory management in cement manufacturing enterprises in such a competitive market environment, which is a method to optimize raw material inventory management in cement manufacturing enterprises, reduce inventory storage cost and management cost, and increase cash flow so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.

This article mainly introduced the raw material inventory management optimization related theory knowledge, in combination with temporal cement co., LTD., analyzing the present situation and problems of inventory management of raw materials for temporal cement co., LTD. High inventory is on the high side, obsolete material quantity, inventory of raw material storage inappropriate questions, through the demand forecast, vendor managed inventory, strengthening the warehouse daily planning and management, combines the chemical physical properties of raw materials to classify inventory management, to strengthen the prevention and treatment of obsolete material.

The paper proposes the improvement of raw material demand forecast and optimization of raw material inventory of ruichang cement co., LTD., which is expected to be a reference for other domestic manufacturers.

1.1研究背景

2008年爆发全球金融危机给我国家的经济发展造成了严重影响，我国为了保民生保发展，出台了一系列拉动内需刺激经济的政策。其中，就有大力我国的拉动基础建设和房产行业的政策，在此随后我国基础设施、房地产行业迅速发展。水泥作为其主要原材料之一，需求量十分巨大。随着市场的不断壮大，不断有投资者进去水泥制造业，导致行业竞争加剧。水泥行业也随着几年红利之后出现了不管市场行情盲目扩张扩产的趋势。
