摘 要

随着经济一体化的趋势，市场环境复杂多变，社会分工也变得越来越精细，传统的观念发生了改变，越来越多的企业认可了物流外包，并通过物流外包来提高自身的物流管理水平，同时也希望通过第三方物流企业来降低自身的物流成本，提高物流活动水平和效率。物流外包是指企业将精力集中在核心业务，将非核心的业务外包出去。进行物流外包的目的是为了解决市场的需求，同时减少自己的物流成本，提高自身物流管理水平。但是其中所面临的风险也是不可忽视的，企业在物流外包的过程中往往并没有构建科学的管理体系，对物流外包所遇到的风险识别和控制的管理水平不够，一定程度上制约了公司的发展。并且由于与第三方物流企业矛盾的激化，物流外包的成本不断提高，并未使物流外包发挥很好的作用，反而让企业承担了很大的压力，企业员工对物流外包的认可度也逐渐降低。

本文在物流外包风险相关理论基础上。以诺诗兰服装物流外包为研究对象，分析其物流外包现状和风险。对物流外包活动进行了层次化的研究。首先阐述了诺诗兰服装企业所面临的风险种类，运用专家咨询法和层次分析法对所面临的风险进行识别和确立，然后研究了诺诗兰服装企业的风险控制现状和物流外包活动中所产生的问题。最后针对诺诗兰服装企业所面临的问题，针对性的制定了几点解决的策略，从而切实的提高企业的核心竞争力。

希望通过本文的研究，给企业在物流外包风险提供相关建议，不在惧怕物流外包风险，积极主动的利用它为企业服务，有效的识别和规避风险，降低自身物流外包成本，最终达到提高企业核心竞争力的结果。

Study on Logistics Outsourcing Risk Management of Noshilan Garment Enterprises

Abstract

The purpose of logistics outsourcing of norsland garment enterprises is to meet the market demand, reduce their own logistics costs and improve their logistics management. However, the enterprise did not build a scientific management system in the process of logistics outsourcing, and the management level of risk identification and control encountered by logistics outsourcing was not enough, which to some extent restricted the development of the company. In recent years, due to the intensification of the contradiction with the third-party logistics enterprises, the cost of logistics outsourcing keeps increasing, which does not make the logistics outsourcing play a good role, but makes the enterprises bear great pressure, and the recognition degree of enterprise employees to logistics outsourcing is gradually reduced.

This paper analyzes the risk identification and assessment of noshilan garment enterprises, and finds out the risk control strategy suitable for the company, which can improve the control level of enterprises on the logistics outsourcing business at a certain level, so as to give full play to the role of logistics outsourcing.This paper is mainly divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research purpose, research contents and methods. The second part is related literature review, including the definition of logistics outsourcing, logistics outsourcing risk research, logistics outsourcing risk identification and logistics outsourcing risk countermeasures. The third part is the introduction of norsland clothing enterprises and logistics outsourcing status analysis; The fourth part is the risk identification of logistics outsourcing of noshilan garment enterprises, which mainly includes the construction of risk categories and risk evaluation system. The fifth part mainly puts forward the logistics outsourcing control strategy for norsland garment enterprises.Clothing industry is an important industry in our country, our country of clothing demand is huge, so the garment industry competition is intense, more and more garment enterprises logistics outsourcing to improve their logistics management level, at the same time also hope that through the third party logistics enterprise to reduce logistics costs, improve the efficiency of logistics activity.

This paper analyzes the case of noshilan garment enterprises, and the Suggestions proposed by the research can build a scientific management system for the logistics outsourcing business of other garment industries, and reduce the risks of other garment enterprises in the logistics outsourcing activities.

1.1研究背景

在复杂多变的市场环境下，企业为了减少生产成本，提升自身经济效益和综合竞争水平，纷纷把物流业务外包给第三方物流服务商。

物流外包，是指企业为了把主要的资源和能力集中于核心业务，达到战略目标而将物流业务交给第三方物流企业经营。好多服装类企业出于降低成本﹑提高效率﹑增加企业自身竞争能力的目的纷纷将自己的产品物流外包给专业提供物流服务的第三方物流企业。 然而物流外包是一把双刃剑，给企业带来利益的同时也给企业的经营带来风险，如何做好物流外包风险管理是服装企业所面临的问题。诺诗兰服装企业的物流业务进行外包，在降低企业成本，优化管理的同时，面临着外包风险，进行物流外包风险控制是该企业需要解决的问题。

1.2研究的意义

物流外包风险是影响企业综合竞争力的重要因素。本文通过研究物流外包的风险管理，从诺诗兰服装企业的物流外包现状出发，对企业物流外包面临的风险进行识别，预防和控制，从而节省成本，提高企业的运作效率和综合竞争力。这对企业物流外包的发展具有十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。理论意义在于本文通过对诺诗兰服装企业的研究，有利于完善该企业对物流外包风险的管控，同时也为其它企业进行物流外包提供了理论依据。实践意义在于优化了诺诗兰服装企业的内部资源配置，通过对外包的风险研究，使得企业可以更好的将精力发展到核心业务，促进企业提高自身综合竞争力，并且在其它企业在进行外包决策时具有一定的参考价值。最后有利于企业和第三方物流服务商形成双赢的局面，通过选取最利于企业发展，与企业理念相合的供应商，提高双方的业务效率。

本文主要研究了诺诗兰服装企业物流外包现状，企业对物流外包所遇到的风险因素进行识别以及控制。本文首先研究了物流外包的相关文献，包括物流外包的概念，物流外包的风险研究以及总结，然后从诺诗兰服装企业入手，简述了其简介和物流外包现状，诺诗兰对物流外包风险的识别。接着研究了诺诗兰服装企业运用什么策略对风险进行控制以及存在的一些问题。最后提出了几点建议来改善诺诗兰服装企业所面临的问题。
