摘 要

赣南脐橙在如今已经成为了赣州地区最富有代表性的农产品之一，然而物流水平依旧落后，在对赣南脐橙物流活动中，物流设施的落后以及物流重要技术的缺失导致赣南脐橙，物流规模和集成化系统较低和流通环节冗长，赣南脐橙物流信息系统不完善等条件制约着赣南脐橙物流的发展。

以赣南脐橙为例对生鲜农产品作研究，使用实地考察法以及文献检索法对赣南脐橙物流进行分析研究。从生产基地的角度来看，对赣南脐橙的物流活动提出一系列的问题，对运输、储存、流通加工、物流管理信息系统等物流活动方面进行优化研究。并且得到了一系列的关于运输、储存、流通加工和物流信息管理等方面的优化后的方案。通过对存在问题的分析，达到解决所存在的物流方面的问题的解答。

本文共分为六个章节。第一章是对生鲜农产品物流的介绍，研究背景目的及意义，对于该课题的研究思路及其内容等。第二章则是对既往的一些生鲜农产品物流以及赣南脐橙物流研究的前人文献的概括与总结。第三章则是描述我国生鲜农产品物流的发展现状，生鲜农产品生产基地在我国的分布情况以及在物流方面出现的一些问题。第四章则是生鲜农产品物流四大优化策略。对生鲜农产品物流出现的问题提出相对的优化研究。第五章则是以赣南脐橙的生鲜农产品物流为例，对瑞金的黄柏乡-拗背岗-龙湖-直坑富硒脐橙基地的调查中发现的问题然后提出相对应的改进方案。第六章是对全文的内容进行总结并总结出本文的意义。

Study on logistics strategy optimization of fresh agricultural products

--Take Gannan navel orange as an example

Abstract

Gannan navel orange has become one of the most representative agricultural products in Ganzhou. However, the logistics level is still backward. In the logistics activities of Gannan navel orange, the backward logistics facilities and the lack of important logistics technology lead to Gannan navel orange. The logistics scale and integration system are low, the circulation link is long, and the logistics information system of Gannan navel orange is imperfect Gannan navel orange logistics development.

Taking Gannan navel orange as an example, this paper studies the fresh agricultural products, and analyzes the logistics of Gannan navel orange by field investigation and literature retrieval. From the perspective of production base, this paper puts forward a series of problems on the logistics activities of Gannan navel orange, and studies the optimization of logistics activities such as transportation, storage, circulation and processing, logistics management information system, etc. And got a series of optimized plans about transportation, storage, circulation processing and logistics information management. Through the analysis of the existing problems, to solve the existing logistics problems.

Fresh agricultural products logistics is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of fresh agricultural products logistics, research background, purpose and significance, research ideas and content of the subject. The second chapter is a summary of the previous literature on fresh agricultural products logistics and Gannan navel orange logistics. The third chapter describes the development status of fresh agricultural products logistics in China, the distribution of fresh agricultural products production base in China and some problems in logistics. The fourth chapter is the four optimization strategies of fresh agricultural products logistics. Put forward the relative optimization research on the problems of fresh agricultural products logistics. In the fifth chapter, taking the fresh agricultural products logistics of Gannan navel orange as an example, the investigation of Longkeng Gannan navel orange production base in Ruijin is the problems found and the optimization strategy. The sixth chapter is to summarize the content of the full text and summarize the significance of this paper.

Based on the field investigation of Longkeng navel orange base in Ruijin, the paper finds out and puts forward the problems and optimization schemes in transportation, storage, circulation and processing.

1.1 研究背景和研究意义

1.1.1研究背景

在如今的21世纪，中国大部分地区已经实现了小康社会，但是仍然有部分农村地区还处于较落后的发展程度，所幸在农村还有着不小的发展潜力，正所谓民以食为天，农村地区还存在着不少当地特色生鲜农产品，例如赣南地区的赣南脐橙，该地区大部分的脐橙种植者基本上是当地个体农村散户或者生产基地集中种植，物流运送方式落后，分销路径较为简单，存在不小的发展空间。前人已经对此提出了一系列的解决方案，但在文献年限看来。最近十年以内关于赣南脐橙的生鲜农产品物流的文献几乎不存在。仅有十年以上的文献还存在一些，因此在前人的基础上，参考前人的研究成果和实践经验在其之上找出适用于如今现状的物流优化方案，并且根据实际情况增加或者修改前人成果或者添加上自己的论点使之更加适用与当今现状。在目前扶贫攻坚战中，其中一项便是发展特色农业经济，通过“互联网 农业”的模式增加收入，带领村民走向小康层次。在赣南地区发展好赣南脐橙的种植业，将脐橙种植好是一方面，另外一方面则是将赣南脐橙顺利接受订单，并且完成订单，安全低损耗的送至消费者手中才能够达到顺利完成订单响应。其中如何降低运输中的损耗，降低物流成本，加快物流运转速率是一个值得我们认真思考的问题。

1.1.2研究意义

1. 理论意义

前文提到，生鲜农产品物流的研究在中国还是有相当一部分人已经在这一领域做过研究并且得出了一定有效的结论，而在关于赣南脐橙的生鲜农产品物流也不例外。只是在这课题内，十年到二十年左右的文献居多，而在近十年左右在赣南脐橙的生鲜农产品物流方面，却仅有寥寥数人对其进行研究，并不是这方面技术已经甄至完美的程度，而是在这方面的研究确实是较少人涉足，如今中国的物流发展在近几年高速提升，身为特殊的生鲜农产品物流，也应该把研究做到与时俱进，紧跟时代的脚步，填补这几年赣南脐橙的生鲜农产品物流方面的研究理论。

1. 实践意义

水果经济是我国农村群体收入的一大组成部分，积极建设好水果经济可以稳定的提高农村人群收入。赣南脐橙也不例外，在赣南地区有几个县有着生产基地，生产基地每年都在增加，覆盖的土地面积越来越大，在生产基地附近的农户也是家家户户也有种植赣南脐橙，不管是自家菜地还是后院也会有少数几棵的栽种。本文通过对黄柏乡-拗背岗-龙湖-直坑富硒脐橙基地的实地考察发现并提出问题可优化物流系统，降低货损，增加物流运转效率，进一步推动赣南脐橙物流的发展，以降低物流成本的方式增加果农收入。

1.2研究方法

通过借鉴前人理论成果和实践经验，本文试图调研发现在赣南脐橙中的物流策略存在问题，分析影响物流成本，提高物流效率，降低过程损耗的措施。研究的主要方法是将通过文献检索法以及实地考察法，通过对前人对生鲜农产品物流的研究进行整理和分类，并且与按照在黄柏乡-拗背岗-龙湖-直坑富硒脐橙基地实地考察出的所见所闻相结合得出本文的提出问题和优化方案的环节。
