摘 要

在电子商务快递行业蓬勃发展的今天，电商行业的队伍逐渐壮大，网上购物的交易数量呈断崖式增长，市场对快递包装物的需求量也不断增长，大量的包装物带来了快递包装物的处理问题，如果不能科学有效的处理快递包装物，对环境造成的影响是不可估量的，把胶带等材料进行填埋100年也不会降解，如果焚烧这些垃圾会产生刺鼻的气味，伤害人体健康、污染环境；对资源造成的影响是：如果能回收一吨废纸可造大约850公斤纸张，可节约木材300公斤左右，比等量生产减少污染73%。快递包装物垃圾没有一个专属的回收渠道。本文以社区居民、社区快递点、社区物业为研究对象，通过对回收的问卷进行分析，提出以下方法来促进快递包装物的回收。因此，本文就快递包装物的回收展开深入研究，并提出相应的应对策略。

针对这一现象，结合A小区的具体情况，探讨了快递包装回收中存在的问题及解决办法，构建了适合社区的快递包装回收方式，优化了社区快递包装，希望在一定程度上提高快递包装的回收率，实现资源的循环利用。

Research on recycling strategy of express package in A community

Abstract

In today"s e-commerce booming industry, electricity industry team growing, the number of online shopping, trading has been bluffs overlooking growth, the demand of market to the express package also continues to grow, a large number of packaging has brought the express package deal with the problem, if not scientific and effective handling express packages, the effects on the environment is immeasurable, Tapes and other materials buried in landfills for 100 years will not degrade, if the burning of these garbage will produce pungent smell, harm human health, pollution of the environment; The impact on resources is: if a ton of waste paper can be recycled to make about 850 kilograms of paper, can save about 300 kilograms of wood, compared to the same amount of production to reduce pollution 73%. Express packaging waste does not have a dedicated recycling channel. In this paper, community residents, community express delivery points, community property as the research object, through the analysis of the returned questionnaires, proposed the following methods to promote the recycling of express packaging. Therefore, this paper carries out an in-depth study on the recycling of express packages, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.

In view of this phenomenon, combined with the specific situation of A community, this paper discusses the problems and solutions in the recycling of express package, constructs A recycling method suitable for the community express package, optimizes the community express package, hopes to improve the recovery rate of express package to A certain extent, and realizes the recycling of resources.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

随着近些年来电子商务的兴起，线上购物变得越来越普遍，从而带动了快递行业这一个新兴产业迅速发展。2017年，全国快递服务企业业务量累计完成400.56亿件；2018年，全国快递服务企业业务量累计完成507.1亿件，同比增长了26.6%；2019年，全国快递服务企业业务量累计完成635.2件，同比增长了25.3%；2020年早在10月份中旬便已超过500亿件快递的大关，由此看来快递包装物的使用量将是不可估量的，如图1-1。据调查可知我国一年内快递包裹要产生近401万吨的固态垃圾：快递包装产生的垃圾约360545立方米，可以铺满11117.65个足球场；使用胶卷2.2亿卷，可以绕地球412圈。其中PE再生塑料制作的快递袋是不可降解的，埋藏在土壤中也会对周围环境释放有毒物质。对于快递包装物的处理，已经是当前社会突出的问题。为了响应国家的可持续发展战略，我们应该促进绿色物流的施行，对快递包装物进行回收。如图1-2。
