摘 要

随着科技的发展进步和人们生活水平的提高，各式各样的电子产品不断出现，更新换代的越来越快，产量也在不断提高。因此，电子废弃物也在以惊人的速度上涨。电子废弃物中蕴含着很大的回收、再利用价值，而本身含有的有毒有害物质也具有着很大的危险。如果能够对电子废弃物进行有效的回收处理，可以更好地实现资源的循环利用，也对保护生态环境有着巨大的作用。因此，如何更好地对电子废弃物进行回收处理，一直是政府和企业在不断探索的目标。

本文通过对我国电子废弃物逆向物流现状进行分析，并以长虹公司为载体，对现在我国电器电子产品制造企业主要使用的三种逆向物流方式进行了对比分析。通过不同模式的优劣势对比和企业的内外部环境分析发现，目前类似长虹公司的家电制造企业面对激烈的市场竞争时，更适合第三方回收模式。因此要对第三方回收的体系进行进一步分析，并且探究出更好地第三方回收发展策略，为以长虹公司为代表的电器电子产品制造公司提出有益参考。

第三方回收模式有很多优点，但同样有很多问题存在。本文通过对第三方回收链的各个环节进行问题分析，发现改善第三方回收模式的关键在于调动消费者和销售商的积极性，并且增进各环节之间的信息流通。为此，在传统的以旧换新和积分制等思路上，结合当前的网络环境，提出搭建积分激励机制的平台，以加强第三方回收模式各环节之间的联系，并充分调动各主体的积极性，更好地参与到电子废弃物的回收处理中来。通过对第三方回收模式策略的探究，尝试为我国此类企业进行电子废弃物的回收处理提供解决方案与建议。

Research on Electronic Waste Reverse Logistics of Changhong Company

Abstract

With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people"s living standards, different kinds of electronic products continue to emerge, the replacement is faster and faster, and the output is also increasing. As a result, electronic waste is also rising at an alarming rate. Electronic waste contains great value of recycling and reuse, and its own toxic and harmful substances also have great danger. If the electronic waste can be effectively recycled, the recycling of resources can be better realized, and it also has a great effect on the protection of ecological environment. Therefore, how to better recycle and dispose of electronic waste has always been the goal of the government and enterprises.

By analyzing the present situation of electronic waste reverse logistics in China and taking Changhong Company as the carrier, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the three reverse logistics modes mainly used in the manufacturing enterprises of electrical and electronic products in China. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different modes and analyzing the internal and external environment of the enterprise, it is found that the home appliance manufacturing enterprises like Changhong Company are more suitable for the third-party recycling mode when facing the fierce market competition. Therefore, it is necessary to further analyze the system of third-party recycling, and explore a better third-party recycling development strategy to provide a useful reference for electrical and electronic products manufacturing companies like Changhong Company.

The third-party recycling model has many advantages, but there are also many problems. Through analyzing the problems in each link of the third-party recycling chain, this paper finds that the key to improve the third-party recycling mode is to mobilize the enthusiasm of consumers and sellers, and to improve the information flow among the links. Therefore,on the basis of the traditional ideas of exchanging old for new and integral system, combined with the current network environment, a platform of integral incentive mechanism is proposed to strengthen the links among the links of the third-party recycling mode, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the main bodies to better participate in the recycling of electronic waste. Better participate in the recycling of electronic waste treatment. By exploring the third-party recycling mode strategy, this paper tries to provide solutions and suggestions for such enterprises in China to recycle and dispose of electronic waste.

随着社会的发展和科技的不断进步，人们的生活水平在不断提高。但由于传统的经济发展模式往往不注重环境保护、不考虑生态成本，以过度消耗资源和浪费环境为代价，如今，能源短缺、环境污染、生态退化等发展问题不断加重，而如何解决环境和能源问题、实现更好的发展成为了人们越来越关注的问题。

电子行业的快速发展必然会带来大量的电子产品的处理问题。随着技术的不断更新、人们消费能力提高、对于电子产品功能的需求和更新换代愿望的提升等原因，电子电器被淘汰的速度正在不断加快，电子废弃物的数量也在快速增长。全世界电子垃圾每年的增幅约为15%-30%，其中约7成通过各种途径被送到中国大陆。中国目前是世界上最大的电子生产国和消费国之一，同时也是全球最大的电子垃圾生产国和输入国之一。我国电子电器的理论报废量一直处于快速增长的状态。如果废弃的电器电子产品未经过合理的处置，会对环境和生态造成很大的危害。同时，大部分的废弃电器电子都有着可以再利用的价值，不对其进行回收利用，会造成极大的资源浪费。
