共享经济下校园快递配送策略研究—以东南大学成贤学院为例

摘 要

随着互联网 的产生与发展,大数据时代正式来临,封闭的经济正在发生巨大的转变。近年来,共享单车企业的巨大成功,使得“共享”二字进入了人们的视野,共享经济也得到了越来越多的关注。从共享单车到共享电动车,再到共享充电宝、共享房屋、共享汽车、共享充电线等产品一个接一个地出现,共享经济正逐步渗透进我们的日常生活,慢慢地变成我们日常生活中不可分割的一部分。所谓共享经济,即整合空闲的物品、资源、人力等,通过物品所有权的暂时转移,提高物品的使用率,获得一定的利益,其主要特点是,具有一个由第三方创建的、以信息技术为基础的市场平台。随着电子商务的发展,校园快递配送需求日益增长。然而,正在发展中的校园快递配送本身存在着服务能力不足、效率低下等的问题。带有共享经济特征的新兴的菜鸟驿站、共享快递柜等新型快递配送模式的出现,一定程度上改善了校园快递配送的现状。共享经济与校园快递配送的结合,是校园快递配送发展的必然趋势。

本文通过以东南大学成贤学院为例,对东南大学成贤学院现有的快递配送策略:商家自行配送、菜鸟驿站等代收点、熊猫快递超市、邮政快递柜进行了研究分析,并运用SWOT分析法对菜鸟驿站等主要代收点进行了详细分析,归纳总结出东南大学成贤学院现有校园快递配送策略的不足,并且提出了新型的共享校园配送方案。

本文研究发现,东南大学成贤学院校园快递配送普遍存在服务效率低下、客户满意率低的问题。与此同时,东南大学成贤学院还存在代收点地理位置分布不均、设备落后,唯一智能快递柜使用频率极低,商家自行配送只能“摆地摊”和快递安全性差的问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了全新的校园快递配送策略,即“私人定制”型校园快递配送。“私人定制”型校园快递配送的本质是共享“配送员”,也就是说通过合理调动,巧妙利用学校空闲学生即周边空闲人力资源,从而达到弥补传统快递配送的劳动力缺失的目的,实现在顾客心中的最理想的配送,最大化的提高顾客满意度,也就是达到“私人定制”效果。“私人定制”型校园快递配送是一种类似O2O(online to offline)的模型,与普通020相比,除了有快递助手作为第三方平台,还有能进行大数据分析预测的校园版智能快递柜,可以合理安排储藏仓,极大化地提高自身利用率,更加有效地利用快递柜资源。此外,“私人定制”型校园快递配送只需在现有的020模型和普通快递柜进行简单的改造和大数据流通,在未来是完全可行的。

Research on Campus Express Delivery Strategy under Shared Economy: A Case Study of Chengxian College of Southeast University

Abstract

With the emergence and development of the Internet plus, the era of big data is officially coming, and the closed economy is undergoing a huge transformation. In recent years, the great success of bike-sharing enterprises has brought the word "sharing" into people"s vision, and the sharing economy has also received more and more attention. From shared bikes to shared electric bikes to shared charging gadgets, shared homes, shared cars, and shared charging lines, the sharing economy is gradually permeating our daily lives Is slowly becoming an integral part of our daily lives. The so-called sharing economy, that is, the integration of idle goods, resources, manpower, etc. , through the temporary transfer of ownership of goods, to improve the use rate of goods, to obtain certain benefits, the main features of which are: Has An it-based marketing platform created by a third party. With the development of electronic commerce, the demand of campus express delivery is increasing day by day. However, the developing campus express delivery itself has the problems of insufficient service capacity and low efficiency. The emergence of new express delivery modes with sharing economy characteristics, such as rookie courier station and sharing express cabinet, has improved the present situation of campus express delivery to a certain extent. The combination of sharing economy and campus express delivery is the inevitable trend of campus express delivery development.

Taking Chengxian College of Southeast University as an example, this paper studies and analyzes the existing express delivery strategies of Chengxian College of Southeast University, such as self-delivery by merchants, Cainiao Post Station, Panda Express supermarket and Postal Express Cabinet By using the SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes the main collection points of Cainiao Post Station, sums up the deficiency of the existing campus express distribution strategy of Chengxian College of Southeast University, and puts forward a new type of shared campus distribution scheme.

This paper finds that the campus express delivery of Chengxian College of Southeast University has the problems of low service efficiency and low customer satisfaction. At the same time, Southeast University Chengxian College also has the problems of uneven geographical distribution of collection points, backward equipment, low frequency of use of the only intelligent express cabinet, merchants self-distribution can only "stall" and poor security of express delivery. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward a new strategy of campus express delivery, namely "private custom" campus express delivery. The essence of "private custom" campus express delivery is to share "delivery personnel" , that is to say, through reasonable transfer, we can make good use of the spare students in the school, that is, the spare human resources around us In order to make up for the lack of labor force in traditional express delivery, achieve the most ideal distribution in the minds of customers, maximize customer satisfaction, that is, to achieve the "private customization" effect. "personalized" campus delivery is a similar O2O (online to offline) model, compared with the ordinary 020, in addition to the delivery assistant as a third-party platform, there is also big data analysis and prediction of intelligent campus delivery cabinets Storage can be reasonably arranged, to maximize their own utilization, more effective use of express cabinet resources. In addition, "private custom" campus express delivery only in the existing 020 model and ordinary express cabinets for simple transformation and big data circulation, in the future is entirely feasible.
