摘 要

现阶段，我国医药行业正处于快速发展时期，医药市场竞争越来越激烈，医药制造企业的盈利不断缩小。和发达国家相比较，我国医药供应链中存在整体信息技术落后、物流运输成本高以及供应链效力低下等问题。随之而来的是优化医药供应链已经成为大部分医药企业的关注重点。

本文中，应用了供应链理论，对四环生物公司进行了深入研究。从四环生物公司供应链的现状出发，从工作流、信息流、资金流和物流这四个周期的角度来分析供应链中存在的关键问题，并结合四环生物公司实际来设计供应链的优化方案，通过信息集成模式、客户ABC分类法和第三方物流企业选择方法这三种方法来解决信息、资金不畅和物流效率低下的问题。以此畅通供应链，促进信息交流时效，缓解资金压力，提高物流效率，最终提高客户满意度，提高公司的整体服务。本文提出了四环生物公司优化供应链的策略，解决了供应链当前的关键问题，达到了提升四环生物公司核心竞争力的最终目的。

Research on Supply Chain Optimization of Sihuan Biological Company

Abstract

At present, China"s pharmaceutical industry is in a period of rapid development, the pharmaceutical market competition is more and more fierce, pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises" profits are shrinking. Compared with developed countries, China"s pharmaceutical supply chain has problems such as backward information technology, high logistics cost and low supply chain effectiveness. Subsequently, optimizing the pharmaceutical supply chain has become the focus of most pharmaceutical enterprises.

In this paper, the theory of supply chain is applied to conduct an in-depth study of Sihuan Biological Company. Starting from the present situation of Sihuan Biological Company"s supply chain， from the workflow and information flow， cash flow and logistics in terms of the four cycle analysis of the key problems in the supply chain， and combined with the actual Sihuan Biological Company to design， the optimized plan for the supply chain through the information information integration mode, Customer ABC classification and Third party logistics enterprise selection method are adopted to solve the poor information， funds and low efficiency of logistics. In this way， the supply chain can be unimpeded， the information exchange can be timely， the financial pressure can be alleviated， the logistics efficiency can be improved， and finally the customer satisfaction can be improved， and the overall service of the company can be improved. This paper puts forward the strategy to optimize the supply chain of Sihuan Biological Company， solves the key problems in the supply chain， and achieves the ultimate goal of enhancing the core competitiveness of Sihuan Biological Company.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景及意义

随着经济的发展，社会的进步，人们的健康观念发生深刻的变化，对身体质量越来越重视。医疗服务领域的需求开始逐渐呈现丰富、差异、高端的特征。但仍存在看病贵、看病难等医疗资源问题。医疗服务缺乏联通的系统和公平公正的获取渠道。我国加快改革的步伐，药品分销服务全面的对外开放和加速医疗卫生体制改革和新医改“互联网 ”逐渐深入推进的医药行业趋势下，不仅是传统医药制造企业的经营模式遇到了发展瓶颈，面临经济压力，还增加了医疗市场的调整，医疗市场竞争强度逐年递增。在我国，医疗市场竞争已经达到高度竞争的状态，区域经济优势逐渐削弱，制药企业竞争失衡现象已经在全国各地出现，企业为应对激烈的市场环境，就需要发展医药供应链，完善医药供应链，优化医药供应链。只有这样才能降低总成本，提高企业的竞争能力。优化医药制造企业的供应链已迫在眉睫。

本文首先对供应链相关文献进行研究分析，结合相关理论，指出四环生物公司当前供应链运作中的主要问题；其次，针对四环生物公司供应链运作问题进行具体剖析，深度挖掘目前存在弊端的根本原因；最后，运用供应链优化理论，从四个周期对四环生物公司供应链进行优化，不断提高供应链整体运作效率，提升四环生物公司核心竞争力，并在激烈的市场竞争环境生存和发展。
