摘 要

在科技高速发展、消费者需求不断提高的严峻形势下，库存管理逐渐成为企业急需解决的难题，合理的库存管理是企业节约成本获取流动资金的重要途径。小微企业面临着销售预测准确性差、缺乏专业的技术管理、经验化的解决方法等一系列问题，在保证库存持有成本降低的情况下，如何使采购成本降低、信息最大化共享、降低人力浪费等库存管理问题是我们首要考虑的。

本文以青青果园奶茶店为例，首先根据现代小微企业库存管理的特点与现状，深入研究小微企业库存管理的模式与方法，接着通过青青果园奶茶店在经营管理中的现状进行对比分析。然后在实证的基础上，结合定量定性分析和ABC管理法进行优化改进，提出合理改进建议及措施，最后对论文进行总结与展望。通过对青青果园奶茶店进行研究分析，一方面可以让小微企业借鉴其发展的长处，汲取经验，提高库存管理的水平；另一方面，对于发展存在的库存资金占用等问题实施完善的方案，对于国内学者研究零库存、等相关行业均具有一定的理论与现实意义。

Research on Optimization of Inventory Management in Small and Micro Beverage Enterprises：

an Example of Qingqing Orchard Milk Tea Shop

Abstract

Under the severe situation of rapid development of science and technology and the increasing demand of consumers, inventory management has gradually become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve. Reasonable inventory management is an important way for enterprises to save the flow of money by saving the cost. Small and micro enterprises are facing a series of problems such as poor sales prediction accuracy, lack of professional technical management and empirical solutions. In the case of reducing the cost of stock holding, how to reduce the cost of purchasing, the sharing of information maximization, and the reduction of manpower waste are the most important considerations.

This paper takes Qingqing orchard milk tea shop as an example. Firstly, according to the characteristics and current situation of modern small and micro enterprise inventory management, this paper deeply studies the model and method of small and micro enterprise inventory management, and then compares and analyses the current situation of the management of milk tea shop in Qingqing orchard. Then, on the basis of empirical analysis, combining quantitative qualitative analysis and ABC management method to optimize and improve, put forward reasonable improvement suggestions and measures, and finally summarize and look forward to the paper.Through the research and analysis of the tea shop in Qingqing orchard, on the one hand, it can make the small and micro enterprises learn from the advantages of their development, draw experience and improve the level of inventory management. On the other hand, it is of theoretical and practical significance for domestic scholars to study the problems of zero inventory and other related industries.

1.1研究背景及意义

随着企业间竞争激烈和消费者需求不确定性的增加，企业间的竞争已经扩展到供应链间得竞争，而库存管理是企业供应链的重要组成部分，企业需要加强库存管理来提高核心竞争力，同时，零库存也是企业获取更多流动资金、节省成本所追求的最高境界。合理地库存管理是每个企业长久经营不可忽视的环节，需要重视。

因此，企业需要进行适当的库存管理，可以改善服务质量，节省订货费用，提高人员与设备的利用率等，这对一个企业的顺利发展是至关重要的。 现今，小微企业对于库存的预测难度越来越大，要避免库存不足带来的诸多问题，对原材料进行合理分类，同时要保证商品的不间断供应，改善服务效率，提高客户满意度，对库存的管理需要更加合理化、高效化和及时化。
