摘 要

伴随经济的快速发展，企业的需求出现各种各样的变化。作为制药类的公司，如果想更好的促进经济效益的发展，首先最重要的是要对采购进行有效的控制。假如要通过供应链模块做出更高一步的探讨与研究，就要综合考虑企业采购策略，并通过严格的监控。

本文首先介绍了研究的背景以及本文的研究方法，然后对采购管理的相关概念进行了阐述，结合相关理论对西藏月王公司的采购管理现状进行阐述，从企业的采购计划的制度，供应商的管理和采购的相关制度三个方面，进行了分析，并提出了其中存在的问题，包括采购计划依据模糊，供应商管理不到位，以及员工个人素质不高等，然后从完善采购成本控制管理制度制度和预算制度、把好采购价格关、规范供应商选择和管理制度提高质量、提高采购人员职业能力发展要求等方面提出了相应的建议。

希望通过本文的研究，能够对西藏月王生物技术有限公司的采购管理提出一些可借鉴性的建议，为企业的发展提供一定的帮助。

Study on the optimization strategy of purchasing management of Tibet YueWang Bio Technology Co., LTD.

Abstract

With the rapid development of economy, the demand of enterprises appears various changes. As a pharmaceutical company, if you want to promote the development of economic efficiency, the most important thing is to control procurement effectively. If we want to make a higher discussion and research through the supply chain module, we should consider the enterprise purchasing strategy synthetically, and pass the strict monitoring.

This paper first introduces the background of the research and the research methods of this paper, then expounds the related concepts of procurement management, combined with the relevant theory to explain the current situation of procurement management of Yuewang Company in Tibet, from the system of enterprise purchasing plan. This paper analyzes the three aspects of supplier management and procurement system, and puts forward some problems, including the fuzzy basis of procurement plan, the lack of supplier management, and the poor personal quality of employees, etc. Then, we should improve the system of cost control and budget, control the price of procurement, standardize the system of supplier selection and management, and improve the quality of purchasing staff. The corresponding suggestions are put forward in respect of the requirement of professional ability development and so on.

It is hoped that through the study of this paper, some suggestions can be put forward for the procurement management of Tibet Yuewang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., which can provide some help for the development of enterprises.

伴随经济的快速发展，企业的需求出现各种各样的变化。作为制药类的公司，如果想更好的促进经济效益的发展，首先最重要的是要对采购进行有效的控制。假如要通过供应链模块做出更高一步的探讨与研究，就要综合考虑企业采购策略，并通过严格的监控。目前，在市场经济的大环境下，中小型企业存在着许多方面的缺陷和不足，而且企业又很难摆脱这残酷的现实，这并不代表很多中小型企业在采购管理这一块走投无路。

本文研究对象是西藏月王生物技术有限公司（以下简称西藏月王公司），主营药品、生态食品、保健品等生产和销售。伴随社会经济贸易的发展以及中国经济的崛起，公司面临的挑战越来越大。“优胜劣汰，适者生存”，使得公司只有通过不断的挖掘潜力，尽其最大努力提升经济效益，不然就很难在经济市场中站稳脚步，还有可能无法生存。要想在社会经济环境下生存，不仅要制定有效的、符合企业的采购策略，还要最大化的利用市场经济下的一切信息，充分建立与供应商友好往来的有效策略。有效的进行采购管理对公司的经营成果至关重要。
