摘 要

现如今，社会早已不是只满足于温饱的社会，人们对于衣着的追求也不仅局限于温暖的追求，更多的是追求时尚与潮流，而作为时尚与潮流的生产者，就将面临着追逐时尚潮流的生产问题。服装产业的产品一般都是多品种，少批量，同时市场反应迅速，一旦跟不上生产节奏，生产出的产品跟不上潮流的步伐，就很难将生产出的产品销售出去。而作为时装潮流品牌的生产厂家，跟要能做到快节奏，快生产，迅速反应市场化需求结构。

本文主要针对的是上海圣士服装厂的生产问题做一个论述，研究出解决生产运作方面问题。主要运用标准工时制，准时化生产，敏捷制造等方法来解决服装生产问题。同时这是一个互联网时代，生产厂可以利用互联网解决采购问题和多余库存问题。利用好互联网来协调公司，采购，生产等服装厂的内部供应链问题。

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景

服装行业日新月异，上海圣士服装厂作为刚刚起步的一家外包品牌服装生产商，其生产流程与运作管理还不够完善，生产提前期，交货期以及布料，辅料和吊牌等相关原材料到货时间等的不同步，导致生产成本提高，达不到预期的经济效益。我本次论文就是针对生产流程中的问题作研究，改善车间的生产状况，以提高生产进度和提前产品的交货期。

本文主要运用OPT(优化生产技术)，JIT(准时生产方式)，关键路线法来提高生产作业效率，同时运用计算经济生产批量，编制主生产计划来制定主生产计划，最重要的还有一点是调节好生产产品的先后次序，避免生产车间停产，生产机器使用空缺等问题。

目前就生产制造企业的研究国内外文献也很多，理论方法也较为完善，我希望通过我的研究能够真正将这些理论用到实处，提高企业的经济效益！

1.2研究意义

本文主要针对的是圣士服装厂的生产运作问题作研究，属于实证研究，具有实证研究意义。

现如今精益生产和准时制生产都能够运用到工业生产当中去，但是在服装行业生产运作方面运用到的技术甚少，尤其是中小企业。很多中小型企业都是接到订单后直接生产，一般并无整体的策划和计划，内部供应链的协调程度很差，因此需要系统得进行规划和完善。通过本文的研究，能够调整好上海圣士服装厂的内部供应链结构，并提高企业的生产运作效率从而降低成本并提高服装生产效率。
