摘 要

近年来我国经济的快速发展，国民生产总值不断上升，中小企业凭借其贴近市场和经营灵活等优势，从直接的保证我国的经济增长点，推动经济发展和间接缓解我国目前严峻的就业压力，中小企业发展则创造了更多的就业机会，是社会稳定的基础，中小企业对我国的经济发展建设起到了决定性作用。保证中小企业的健康可持续发展，必须提升其竞争力。由于受到了互联网冲击，商品价格不断的走下线，中小企业的利润不断减少，采购作为商品流通的起点，是供应链环节中重要的组成部分，是中小企业的利润的保障。百盛体育主要是对于足球服饰进行线上和线下的销售，如何在采购方面采取新的手段，降低采购成本，提高企业经济效益是提升本企业和中小企业竞争力的重要途径。

本文宗旨主要是针对百盛体育的采购流程现状分析，通过查阅相关资料，图书文献，利用理论分析并结合实际案例。分析企业采购流程现状并发现其中存在的问题，针对出现的问题进行合理科学的研究。通过借鉴一些比较成熟企业联合采购的运作流程，对流程等各个环节进行拆分，对比吸取经验和优势，然后设计出符合企业自身特点的采购流程方案。最后通过对百盛体育采购运作流程优化前后的企业发展成果对比，验证了联合采购的可行性，以达到企业利润的提升和健康可持续发展的目的。

Parkson sports is mainly for soccer clothing for online and offline sales, how to in procurement take new means, reduce procurement costs, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises is an important way to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises and small and medium enterprises.

The purpose of this paper is mainly to Parkson sporting the status of the procurement process analysis, through access to relevant information, books and documents, using theoretical analysis and combined with the actual case. Analyze the current situation of enterprise procurement process and find the problems in the process of the emergence of the problem of scientific research. 国家经济的快速发展，居民的人均收入不断提高，消费成了当今时代的主题。需求日益丰富，信息技术的迅速发展和市场竞争的日益激烈，在这个互联网时代，淘宝京东等电商巨头发展导致商品的信息不断透明，商品价格不断走下限，竞争压力下质优价廉的商品将主导消费市场，价格的走低使得中小企业的利润更加微薄。企业与企业之间的竞争更加剧烈，一些外资企业和大型企业也参与到这场冲击波中，对于缺少安全性和保护性的中小企业，没有更多的支持将如何撑下去。
