摘 要

随着物流信息技术的发展，国际化的大型物流公司利用物流信息技术进一步整合物流网络，降低物流成本。我国物流企业面临巨大的挑战和机遇。顺丰速运对物流信息技术的应用逐渐普及，正在慢慢的追赶国际化物流企业的步伐。

物流信息技术是现代物流企业不可或缺的环节，对物流信息技术的应用甚至可以决定一个物流企业的生死。虽然顺丰速运对物流信息技术的运用已经走在了我国同行业竞争者的前面，但是相对于一些国际化的大企业来说顺丰速运还处于对物流信息技术应用的初级阶段。顺丰速运现在依然面临着许多问题:物流信息技术应用不完善、建立物流信息技术平台、物流信息技术应用成本等。本文用归纳法、案例分析法、文献调查法等方法进行研究。通过改进或者优化顺丰速运对物流信息技术的应用提高顺丰速运的工作效率和服务质量。

基于国内外物流信息技术应用的研究和总结的基础上，通过对顺丰速运目前已经建立的物流信息平台、物流信息技术应用、应用成本缩减分析，在顺丰速运物流信息技术还未脱离初级阶段的条件下，物流信息技术在顺丰的应用还有巨大的发展空间。

而且，物流信息技术应用的改进和优化可以降低企业风险、交易成本，进而降低顺丰速运的整体运营成本。通过对市场宏观环境、竞争对手以及物流信息技术高速发展分析，表明这个课题有研究的必要性。

Research on the Application Strategy of SF Express Logistics Information Technology

Abstract

With the development of the logistics information technology, the internationalization of large logistics companies use information technology to further integration of logistics network, reduce logistics cost. Logistics enterprises in China is facing a great challenge and opportunity. Suitable abundant speed luck gradually popularization, the application of logistics information technology is slowly catch up the pace of international logistics enterprises.

Logistics information technology is an indispensable component of modern logistics enterprises, the application of logistics information technology can even decide a logistics enterprise life and death. Although suitable abundant speed luck of logistics information technology application already walk in front of the competitors in the same industry in our country, but relative to some international big enterprise suitable abundant speed luck is still in the primary stage of logistics information technology application. Suitable abundant speed luck now still faced with many problems: logistics information technology application is not perfect, establish logistics information technology platform, logistics information technology application cost, etc. In this paper, by induction, case analysis, the method of literature investigation method and so on were studied. By improving or optimizing suitable abundant speed luck to improve the application of logistics information technology suitable abundant speed luck work efficiency and service quality.

Based on logistics information technology application at home and abroad on the basis of research and summarize, by means of suitable abundant speed luck has now set up the logistics information platform, logistics information technology application, the application of cost reduction analysis, in the suitable abundant speed luck logistics information technology is not yet out of the primary stage, under the condition of logistics information technology application in motion and huge space for development.

Also, the improvement and optimization of logistics information technology application can reduce the risk of the enterprise and the transaction cost, and thus suitable abundant speed luck overall operating costs. Through the market macro environment, competitors, and the analysis of the logistics information technology rapid development, shows the necessity of this subject research.

目前，网络购物在我国已深入人心，而网购的快速发展势必带动快递业的发展。而快递业的发展又离不开物流信息技术的支持。从目前世界快递行业来看，物流信息技术的应用越来越广泛。现代快递企业对物流信息技术的应用程度是快递企业发展中至关重要的一个环节，如今的顺丰速运在物流各个环节对物流信息技术的应用也逐渐普及，在国内同行业之中顺丰速运对物流信息技术的应用已处于领先地位，但是与国外先进的快递企业对物流信息技术的应用相比顺丰速运无疑还停留在初级阶段。

加深并优化物流信息技术在顺丰速运的应用，可以改进和提高顺丰速运的工作效率和服务质量，并以此增强顺丰在世界同行业中的综合竞争力。

1.2 研究内容及方法

本文主要通过物流信息技术在顺丰速运的应用进行优化研究，设计关于物流信息技术如何在顺丰速运应用并优化的方案，目标是改进并有效提高顺丰速运的工作效率和服务质量增强顺丰速运在同行业的综合竞争力。
